My brother never got an appointment. About 3 to 4 months ago the care c enter where he lives had an outbreak of covid, had to cancel for everyones protection. Couple weeks later I scheduled another appointment. There was a horrible care accident on the 202 involving a fatality, I called the doctors office and was informed that they have a very strict policy of canceling appoints. At that point I was told the doctor would have to get permission from Dr. Shah. I called today and was told that the doctor would not accept him as a patient due to the 2 appointments. The first cancellation was due to my brother being exposed to covid. The second was due to the horrible car accident. We sat on the 202 for an hour and a half, couldn't move or exit. Neither one of these we had any control over. The girl on the phone was very abrupt and rude. s

Very disappointing patient care.
I saw Dr. Shah for my initial visit. He came in, said he was Dr. Shah and immediately sat down to record into the computer. Never looked at me directly just mumbled questions and recorded answers. He is hard to understand and doesn't respond well to questions. He proceeded to run thru some basic procedures with his metal hammer and barking orders to 'push' and ' pull' against his hand, still never looking at me. He has no social or personal skills and is terrible with patients. I will not have continued treatment with him and will not recommend him to anyone.

Went for a visit for my parent he clearly needs to be briefed on what it is to be a dr! He enters the room with a bad attitude doesnt greet his patient immediately begins to speak with us like we were criminals insulted the physical therapists that recommended a power chair for my disabled parent began to say she could use a wheelchair when she clearly has a debilitating progressive disease and starts arguing us that we need to provide him information that he should have being he is her dr and I guess because we didnt have the medical knowledge to do his job he began to get frustrated speaking to us as if he were a thug instead of a dr. I had to abruptly end the visit and when I did he followed us out of the room yelling and screaming insults and to top it all off just when we thought the nightmare was over this vindictive so called dr just couldn't let it go needed to continue insults and sent a certified letter to terminate the patient dr relationship. Be aware this dr and staff!

This Doctor was absolutely 100% wonderful. He listened to what I had to say asked me questions and provide me answers. Dr. Jhah and staff have followed up with all my testing and have called me to see how I was doing on the medicines. They have submitted my work paperwork by the due dates. I'm very impressed with the care I've received from the staff in two locations.

I would NEVER recommend him to anybody. He should go back to school and get his degree in the United States. I bet he would fail!! I have had several neurologists in Oregon who treated my arachnoiditis and neuropathy issues. His report from nerve study said I dont have any nerve signal in several nerves.. he states that could be from faulty equipment?!?!?! The he should have working equipment. No, HE, is the faulty equipment. He should have requested my medical records from Oregon! HE IS A JOKE!

Dr Shah listened intently, gave thoughtful, well-informed guidance for care. Incredibly empathetic and understanding of my chronic pain condition and all my concerns. Read chart and paperwork with attenion to detail. Took thorough voice notation for records. I left from my appointment feeling grateful to have been treated by such a wonderful physician. So grateful.

Dr Shah has been my doctor for almost 12 years. In that time I have been more than pleased with his attentiveness to my medical needs. In fact, I was diagnosed with epilepsy 50 years ago and Dr Shah is one of the finest specialists I have had in that time.
