Dr. Flores has always listened to our concerns, gives helpful advice, very knowledgeable, explains in detail, has always been there for our family! Really can’t recommend this Dr enough!

Dr Javier Flores is a caring and wonderful Doctor. His wife and staff on the other hand are horrible. They are rude and you have to wait forever to be seen. They treat patients with disrespect.

Twice Dr. Javier Flores prescribed the ONE medication my daughter is allergic to, penicillin. After the first time, I called the office to make sure they had it written all over everything possible to alert the two pediatricians. The office personnel assured me it was my fault, that I had not written it on her chart at her first appointment. I thought this unusual, as it is the only drug all three of my daughters are allergic to & I am a nurse; therefore, I don’t doubt I wrote it on her initial paperwork but I didn’t argue... only asked again that it be written on her chart in every place possible as an allergy. After the second time, my pharmacist told me to fire him! The wait time here is an hour & half to two hours. Although he is much more friendly & helpful then his wife, the staff seems miserable & grumpy like the Mrs. They wear the same PPE from patient to patient; so, it’s not there to protect YOU, it’s there to protect THEM. Just remember that during a pandemic.

I say WERE because I got tired of waiting 2+hours for an appointment, never knowing which doctor my children were going to see, and having appointment cards handed to me without me getting a say on if that day/time would work for me.
