This Doctor refused to update paperwork with accurate details of visit. This left ambiguity and uncertainty that created undo stress post procedure. Doctor sent patient home when instructions on discharge paperwork said clearly to seek immediate attention based on current symptoms. Did not feel like a priority to this doctorTo be fair, the doctor did take some time to explain why these symptoms were still persisting however he still refused to update paperwork accurately. This doctor left me feeling less confident with him and Corewell Health as a whole. This doctors actions left me feelings of a breakdown of trust when most vulnerable because his refusal to document accurately, Especially after he began getting aggressive and dismissive, I most certainly did not feel heard or valued.
