Dr Allen almost killed my sister. He has been prescribing her opiates for 5 years and yes she got addicted. She is 5'8 and weights 95 pounds, she didnt always weigh until Dr Allen got her addicted on opiates. Dont they weigh you when you go for office visit? is he freicking blind had to take her to ER and they said she is severely malnutritioned. I am turning him in to The Board and even thinking about sueing him. I heard he has prescribed allot of patients to opiates and half the town is addicted

I went to Dr. Allen after moving to the small town of Mound City, KS (after living in OVER populated Johnson County, KS for over 30 years). He is very professional, attentive, and has always listened to me regarding my main heath concerns. I also admire the fact that he graduated at the top of his class with honors (from Kansas University), and that he “understands” war veterans trauma and also those that are mentally challenged during the “turmoil” in our NEW world. Thank you for being a great doctor that dedicated your talent to help people in a poor community. ??

Can't say I was impressed at all. My parents have had complaints about him but I thought I'd give him a chance. Of the issues I went in for, he recommended someone else for one (as I figured he would), scheduled a ct scan for another ( again, as expected), rediagnosed what I already knew for the third (A1C very high) but offered no diet plan or treatment, and refused to discuss any treatment for the 4th issue. (Needing meds for anxiety due to fighting a very nasty incurable cancer)
