Don’t waste your time
I have never met a doctor who has no knowledge about wax build up. It’s same story every week. Trust me find another ENT

Went in for Hearing Test. Saw Dr. Kumar and he was great! The whole staff outside was also helpful! The wait time can be a bit longer then expected. (waited about 45 mins or so) but once taken in, Doc did provide undivided attention and expedited service. Would go revisit for hearing! Def by far the best when it comes to hearing aids and what is associated with it.

Arrived to find a full waiting room that would have multiple patients standing within minutes when there were no more chairs. When I quietly asked the front desk staff if the dr always overbooked, they quietly shook their head yes. 45-mins after appt time, I was finally ushered to exam room. The dr came in shortly, asked what I needed then proceeded to talk about things I didn’t speak of. It was as if he was reciting a well worn script that was mostly irrelevant to my concerns. He quickly told me I needed to partake a variety of tests and treatments that seemed to be nothing more than a selfish attempt to increase his revenues. I have no problem accepting wise counsel but frankly there was little if any wisdom to be found. I cannot in good conscious recommend this dr for anything.

Got there 5 minutes late, nurse said i have to reschedule..... Im the only one in the room, so im not taking any body place.... Front disk very rude, Dr. Was standing in the bake doing nothing.... Going to call the insurance to make sure they didnt charged them fir vusit.

This Doctor is a scam. I don't know how he got certified to be Dr. He does not have a billing department to call directly, keep submitting fraudulent claims. bad behavior to the patients and all other bad things that you might not be able to imagine

He didn’t listen to my issues. Talked to my husband and not me. Ordered test I didn’t need. Had to send the person at the check-out desk to find out info on test.

My husband went to him for sinus issues and his only answer was surgery. We tried calling for another issue regarding them putting the wrong information in his chart that is delaying him getting life insurance and cannot get the office to call us back for answer the insurance company to clear the issue.

We have been waiting over 2 years for my husband's hearing aids. They give us the run around ordering tests that are not needed and giving meds not needed. Wait times are long. Save yourself some stress and find a different doctor.

Staff is really terrible! Waited there for several hours the 1st time before could be seen. 2nd time, showed up, and had to leave without being seen. They surprised me with unexpected charges I had to either to pay or not be seen, they could have told me over the phone before I made a trip in. Total waste of time. Go somewhere else!

Horrible! Dr. and office is completely disorganized! Dr. sees patients with no manor. He doesn't know medications or dosages! Completely relies on office staff for everything including all paperwork! Office staff is running around trying to cover the butts!

Very awkward appt. Dr. seemed to treat everyone including myself with disdain. Was advised TMJ issue, needed 4 meds and would call in after 6pm. Waited and no meds all weekend, called Monday and they didn't have the chart notes in the system and still no meds. Was advised that I needed 4 additional appts. I've cancelled all, and still in pain from this issue with no response from office.
