Always on top of my condition and satus. He is the only Nuero doct that found the correct Meds for my condition that work well for me. I feel human again. ( not a zombie)

I find him interestingly thorough and also no thorough. His process is great at first, then resorts to medication. I understand the world of pain is more dependent on radiology reports instead of being read to make sure. So it's tough to judge 4 star or 2 star. He always ends with saying "the patient agrees with this" when I don't. His exam is weird with his wand that he barely touches me with (breezes over my skin) - is that Neurological test? Then 3 month follow ups when one is suffering sure is not very caring at all esp waiting that long after getting scans. Ok 2 star. He makes jokes - he's not a bad person. Yet - It feels more of a dismissal of what I'm trying to say about what I feel. I guess I can't blame him when my instability is terrible in certain positions that Radiology does't see - upright things are "normal" per readers.

From the amazingly friendly, helpful and always happy staff. Who not only seems to work great as a team for each patient, but enjoy eachother as well as their jobs. To the always exceptionally clean office. And awesome Dr.Klaz! A patient almost 2yrs as well as my fiance. Both with MS. We have said many times because of the quality of care, we wish he were our "everything " doctor! A very hard find & truly cares for each patient and it shows he loves helping & his duty as a doctor! Exceptional!7?

Twice I had to leave before being seen because he running so far behind with his appointments. I am unimpressed with his treatment plan I still get headaches all the time I feel like all he wants to do is keep increasing my dose instead of viewing other options. I made an appointment with a new doctor. I had enough.
