I received treatment for breast cancer in Florida seven years ago. I received treatment for melanoma two years ago at AnMed. the kindness,Empathy, and caring that I received at AnMed was unbelievably incredible. The entire staff including the front desk, the phlebotomist, and everyone else treat you with such caring that visits are actually something to look forward to. Dr. Nayak treats me as an individual and not just a number. He remembers small incidents that we discuss that pertain to my family and my activities. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs an oncologist and I think God for bringing him and his staff into my life at a time that I needed caring individuals

Dr.Nayak, Is such a wonderful person very knowledgeable very straight to the point caring. He saved my life he worked closely with Dr. Baker in Charlotte he always answered the questions and was very honest pushed me to my limit but he knew what the rewards were going to be I would suggest him to anyone that had pancreas cancer or any other cancer always a smile on his face asking about my family. I could ask as many questions and he was so patient always made the appointment that I needed for my CT scans bloodwork appointments with any other doctors including my radiation he’s the best he’ll always be in my heart hopefully he’ll be my Oncologist I drive 30 minutes so I can see him he’s the best !! I can’t imagine a more feared diagnosis than that of cancer nor a more dreaded referral than to an oncologist. From our first encounter with Dr. Nayak, my mom and I felt an immediate confidence and peace with her being in his care. At every appointment, he’s proven to be consistently attentive, caring, encouragingly honest about her prognosis, informative, and warm. Not once has he seemed to be annoyed by, nor to have time for, our many questions...and there have been a lot! During my mom’s recent hospital stay, Dr. Nayak visited her each day even though it wasn’t his on-call week and called to check on her status once she’d returned home. It’s just who he is and is a reflection of his exemplary care. Cancer. The word alone is terrifying. However, I couldn't be more thankful for the comfort and care provided by Dr. Nayak as well as the peace we’ve felt with my mom as his patient.

Dr. Nayak very gently but thoroughly explained my diagnosis and prognosis and treatment options. He carefully answered all of my questions and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision of treatment and care. His "bedside" manner is above reproach. I appreciate his time and the concern he showed to me.

Outstanding! Dr. Nayak has treated both my husband and our family with care and compassion. Throughout the ongoing process, he has effectively explained his type of cancer, the prognosis, the recommended treatment plan, side effects and related medical conditions and has treated each accordingly. He spends time listening to our concerns and answering numerous questions in detail, but in terms we understand. Dr. Nayak is backed up by a great staff and Oncology Infusion Center.

The moment I met my oncologist, Dr. Jay Nayak, I was impressed with his calm nature and his expression of confidence that he could help me, inspite of my negative prognosis. He prescribed an anti-cancer hormone treatment that has turned my diagnosis around and given me new hope of beating this disease. His original instinct about how to deal with my particular condition was correct, and I bless the day that I met him three months ago. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Nayak was very thorough and patient on my 1st appointment (8/22/2017). My husband and sister were present. Dr. Nayak answered questions from the three of us and explained everything we did not understand. He explained in detail our questions and concerns and spent quite a lot of time with us. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nayak and I do have a follow-up appointment with him.
