Dr. Steinberg was rude and dismissive of my concerns after a colonoscopy prep that did not completely do its job. I have a family history of cancer and was concerned that the poor prep and symptoms I have been experiencing might signal other problems. I sought his advice as a second opinion. I think he was annoyed that I didn't have the colonoscopy at his office and he made it clear he didn't know why I came to him. My colonoscopy was performed by a colorectal surgeon so I was seeking the opinion of a gastroenterologist. I will never return.

terrible doctor. Never listened to concerns. Barely looked at me. Never read my previous test results. Had to follow up with a new doctor since i was in constant pain.

I highly recommend Dr Jay Steinberg. I had the cologuard test done and it was positive I was scheduled for a week later. I went for my inpatient procedure was in and out with great outcome and now my husband will be making an appointment to see Dr Jay Steinberg.Again HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
