not responsive
I had labs drawn with abnormal results that I retrieved from the portal that same day. It took 10 days to receive notice via portal message and 13 days for the office to call me with the results. Additionally I had an ultrasound concerning for lymph node metastasis with the recommendation of a biopsy. I called the office and messaged the doctor. Still haven't heard back.

I have been seeing Dr. Sekaran for many years. She always takes time to listen to me, explain things, and answer any questions I might have. I feel confident in her care. She knows my history and has always given me good advice. She has a very caring manner and I feel confident in her.
