Very professional and thorough with my medical history. I felt comfortable and confident with Dr. Bukkapatnam in her expertise and care for women's health. She and staff were very attentive and accommodating to my needs whether it's scheduling related or further medical attention.

Absolutely trust this doctor
I feel very safe and trust Dr. Jay. She is kind, empathetic and skillful. She is very proactive and thorough regarding test restuls while explaining all options and possibilities. I never feel rushed or pressured . I have recommended other friends to Dr. Jay and they are very pleased, as well.

She was 40 minutes late to my appointment. She apologized, but I felt the appointment was rushed. I had a colposcopy done, and I felt she took a sample without taking time to look at my cervix to see if a sample really needed to be taken. A few days after I experienced heavy bleeding and tried to get in contact with her. Her tone and attitude during that phone conversation made me feel disrespected, and I decided to seek treatment at another office. I never received results of my colposcopy.
