"I underwent a nasal procedure with this doctor, and the experience has been devastating. He burned my nose during the procedure, leaving me with a permanent scar and the same breathing problems I had before the surgery. This has caused significant physical and emotional distress. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, as the outcome of the procedure has left me scarred for life."

My husband and I are eternally grateful to Dr. Jean Eloy for saving my husband from possible brain damage due to a sinus infection. We went in and 2 days later, Dr. Eloy performed surgery on my husband to drain his sinuses from severe fluid that was infecting my husband’s brain, causing severe, excruciating headaches. He explains everything so that you can understand exactly what he’s talking about. He has great bedside manners! Incredibly intelligent in his field! A multitude of thanks!

My appointment with Dr. Eloy was an aggravating disappointment. In the exam room my history was taken by a resident. When Dr. Eloy came into the room he had three medical students with him. He asked the resident (not me) for my history - he did not ask me anything - and then used me, my sinuses and my ears as teaching aids for the students. He never spoke to me, never asked why I was there or asked about my medical issues. After the exam he turned to the other doctor and said "OK, treat him, give him a prescription for a CT and a recheck exam in three weeks. If there is no improvement he may need surgery." He then left the room. I was shocked. I had to ask for the diagnosis, ask what medications I would be taking and ask about the mentioned surgery. Really!! I won't be back!! Dr. Aaron Glauberg

Today is my birthday and I am feeling especially grateful to be celebrating this day. I wanted to take time today to send a "thank you" note to Dr. Jean Eloy for performing surgery to remove a large pituitary tumor. He , along with Dr. James Liu, removed the tumor through my nasal and sinus cavity leaving the pituitary gland completely intact. It has been about six weeks since my surgery and I have been seeing Dr. Eloy each week and have gotten to know this dedicated, compassionate and, most importantly, extremely skilled surgeon. (He also seems like a really nice guy). He and his entire group of extraordinary women and men have contributed to my well being and I will always be sincerely thankful. I will celebrate my birthday today, with a special appreciation for life, thank to Dr. Eloy.

Dr. Eloy has performed 2 surgeries on me. He is very good at what he does and I always feel safe knowing he is doing my procedures. His fellows and assistants and team are are highly trained no matter what level they are at. Saint Barnabas hospital is an AMAZING hospital and has amazing staff as well. Dr Eloy and his new fellow Christina are kind and compassionate and really made me feel so comfortable before my procedure. I will always recommend!!!!

I'm sure he's an ENT surgeon but cyst removal surgery and ceptoplasty didn't work for me. After the first year i developed chronic congestion again. Surgery was very invasive. Recovery was a nightmare. Incompetent foreigner anesthesiologist gave me too much sedation. I had to stay in hospital recovery over night and left with bad nausea in the morning. Wasted time, suffered for nothing. Now i need to find another ENT for second opinion and more surgery. This dr isn't fluent, could not explain my condition or the surgical procedure clearly. This was location/insurance choice, best of the worst. I couldn't go anywhere else with my plan.

I was afflicted on Feb 12th this year with a pituitary tumor, complicated by a bleeding in the tumor. I lost my peripheral vision, and I was sent to St Barnabas hospital where Dr. Eloy performed the surgery to allow the removal of the tumor through my sinuses. Thanks to Dr. Eloy & his team, the surgery was a complete success. My vision has restored and I can drive again. His bedside manner is very calm and reassuring during the follow-up sinus care.

Dr. Eloy operated on my 15 year old son with Dr. Liu for a Juvenile Nasopharyngeal Angiofibroma a very rare benign aggressive tumor that affects teenage boys. We were referred to Dr. Eloy and are so thankful for the referral. Dr. Eloy is a very caring, compassionate doctor who put us at ease and explained the surgery and what had to be done. His staff took care of everything. My sons follow up care has been outstanding. We would highly recommend Dr. Eloy to anyone in need of his services.

Dr. Eloy spend almost 2 minutes with me, was paid $1000 and I am still getting bills from his office - for what, I have no idea. He did not offer me any solutions, told me he could not perform my surgery, and did not offer any references to a surgeon who would be capable of helping me. I am in the process of reporting him to my insurance and the board of his hospital.
