Stuck in another state in the USA. Called several times to get my medications refilled. No response. Also had my pharmacy contact him for refills. No response to them either. Changing as my primary care dr.. the office is dark, dirty and the staff is rude. Awful experience.

The professionalism of this staff, my appointment was at 10:45 it's now 11:38 am why every time I come here it's more talking than getting the patients checked in and getting them to see the doctor. Im tired of writing reviews about this dam unorganized office. Im filing a complaint with BBB amd as well the State Medical Board as well. It doesn't makes any sense the Ethics for this entire office is absolutely Unacceptable in the medical field, and the HR keeps on allowing this foolishness to goes on, Im going to talk to Dr. Etieene once more, but I'm doing what I have to do. I've been a patient since 2013 and this office has never had an employee to work here more than 5 years straight. These new millennials only on it for the money and not the compassion of the job. Not only that the first 2 semesters of school they clearly didn't pay attention in class. This profession isn't for you fins another job, where you can talk All day and laugh. The medical field isn't it.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Etienne for over ten years. He is a warm and caring man who gives each patient the time needed to express his healthcare concerns which he carefully notes and reviews with each following visit. If necessary, he orders appropriate testing and or prescriptions and follows each of these as necessary. We are especially pleased to be in his care and to have him managing our healthcare.

Went because he is Haitian like me but the office staff was awful. Doctor told me that I would get a call with two referrals and nobody ever followed up with me. Long waits. Poor service. No follow-up. I will never return.

I've had two visits with him. I've found him to be compassionate, knowledgeable and interested in partnering with me in managing my healthcare. The office is clean, the staff friendly and he has the most professional demeanor. He also has an excellent sense of humor.

He will break your heart , he will tell you his patients are is family! In truth he will give you little thought at all! He does not listen or follow through with care . He will never call you , even if reports are abnormal! And he will allow you to suffer even when test confirm your truth ! He will not fight for you ! He will give you nothing for pain , even with a painful diagnosis. He makes you feel unbelieved. He uses perception of a patient, since he never talks to you ! And he is not smart

I had my first appointment with Dr. Etienne today and I found him to be extremely kind, very knowledge, and professional. He had a comfortable, yet thorough bedside manner. His office staff were also very professional and willing to above and beyond to help me get the referrals and records I needed. I highly recommend Dr Etienne and his staff!

This was the worst worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. He was not compassionate to my situation, completely rude and has ZERO listening skills!!!! I will never go here again! The staff is also rude and not competent compared to my past experiences in Florida.

Under Dr. Etiennes speciality it says handles patients with anxiety and migraines. He did not handle my anxiety at all told me to go somewhere else and gave me a list of everyone not in my network. Gave me a neurologist that was not up to par. Gave me prescriptions that weren't completely filled out and were not in my network and when the pharmacy tries to reach the office, no one answers! I AM CHANGING DOCTORS
