Dr. Jean-Paul Abboud, MD

I had left upper ptosis and canthoplasty on August 2023 , I am not happy with the result and I had visit 2 times in 15 days after surgery, He did not follow up after . I called them in Oct and told Dr that This was not I expected and he reffered me to another Dr in LA. I do not recommend him .

Great experience! I got the results that I wanted with my lower blepharoplasty, it's exactly what I asked for aka for my bags to be removed. Dr Abboud advised against things I didn't need (I asked if I needed fat transfer to my under eyes) as I didn't have hollows. He explained to me that my bags are due to 'shadows' caused my the bulging fat pads. I appreciated the time he took this. He had a realistic approach and mentioned that my eyes will be improved, he can't promise a perfect result but it will be an improvement. I appreciated his honesty because a lot of surgeons promote 'perfect' as a selling point and Dr Abboud was instead very honest and real with his work. My eyes are improved greatly and it's more than I could ask for. :)

At Oculofacial Surgical Arts, I was treated with the very highest degree of care and respect. Dr. Jean-Paul (JP) Abboud and his team were beyond wonderful. The process from pre-operative consultation, surgery, to post-operative checkup was efficient and well-managed. Dr. Abboud exuded professionalism and also had a great sense of humor, which put me immediately at ease. The results were AMAZING!!!!

I did not want a general plastic surgeon operating on my eyelids. I wanted an oculofacial surgeon who specializes in cosmetic eyelid and facial plastic surgery. I am glad I found Dr. Abboud! Five minutes into our consultation, I knew he was the right choice for me. Dr. Abboud performed upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, and I cannot be any happier with the results and the overall experience.
