I received the same caring and competent care as I always receive from Dr. Tran over many years.

My telehealth appointment was scheduled at 4 p.m. on Thursday, October 31, 2024. At 3:30 p.m. his assistant called to get the information for the appointment. I waited for the actual phone call from the doctor. At 4 o'clock no call. At 4:30 no call. At 5 o'clock no call. I knew the office closed at 5:00 p.m. At 5:07 p.m. I called the office, and I received the message that the office was closed. I had places I had to go, so I could not wait around any later for a called that was already over an hour overdue. When I returned, I had a message that Dr. Tran had tried calling at 5:17 p.m.

I did not see Tran, I seen Lamendola. Either way they're both great doctors. Lamendola explained everything to me exactly how it goes. I was very pleased and relieved after speaking with him.

He spent time and went over the procedure and explained everything.

On Monday, April 8, 2024, I had my annual cystoscopy with possible biopsy to determine if there are any cancer tumors or cancer cells in my bladder. Dr. Tran's attention to this matter provides me a peace of mind since I have had bladder cancer in the past. I have confidence in his abilities to help provide me with good and sound medical advise. I certainly would recommend him as a urologist.

I found him be very knowledgeable, to respond fully to my questions and to exhibit a wealth of experience. Would definitely recommend him.

Dr Tran listens before he tells you what he is going to do. He addressed our concerns in a manner that made us feel comfortable with his recommendations. Yes, you may have to wait for an appointment, but I have also seen them take me same day in an emergence situation. I also found the office staff to be compassionate and efficient.

I had had blood on my urine and was concerned about urinary tract cancer because a ct scan at the ER and blood work showed neither kidney stones, not infection. Dr. Tran did urine analysis that showed no blood or cancer. I requested a cystoscopy. He gave me the choice of with or without anesthesia. I chose without it and he performed it aptly and I had relatively little discomfort. I was able to see my bladder as he saw it and hear him explain what we were seeing and to see it was OK. At the end of the cystoscopy he gave me a prescription for pelvic floor PT for incontinence at my request. I found my visit to him very helpful and found him to be a caring doctor very frank and direct. I got the feeling he works very hard because of the long wait in his office and to have the cystoscopy. I was not concerned about the wait but about the stress he must feel having so many patients to attend to and in different locations. I was grateful he made time for me and helped me.

I HAVE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED AN APPT IN MID-JUNE, DUE TO ILLNESS I HAD TO RESCHEDULE. I HAD TO WAIT OVER 2WKS FOR A NEW APPT. THE DAY BEFORE MY APPT, THEY CANCELLED IT DUE TO THE DR HAVING EMERGENCY SURGERIES. I UNDERSTAND THAT BUT DON'T TELL ME THAT I CAN'T GET ANOTHER APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY. I'VE BEEN WAITING A MONTH TO BE SEEN FOR SOMETHING THAT COULD BE DANGEROUS TO MY HEALTH. THE LAST TIME THIS HAPPENED, I WAS ALMOST ON DIALYSIS. THE STAFF HERE IS RUDE AND DOESN'T CARE. I WOULDN'T BRING MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS UNCARING PRACTICE. YOU SHOULDN'T EVEN GET 1 STAR!! YOUR GRADE IS AN F.

Is a grate person and care about

Doctor Tran was very kind and gentle. He made me feel like my concerns were heard. I didn't feel rushed, nor was I uncomfortable talking about concerns of my condition. Our appointment was scheduled only 4 days after calling to make an appointment, and I waited a total of 5 minutes before being called back. I highly recommend Doctor Tran for urology-related ailments.
