I’ve been a patient of Dr. Black for a few years and she is so knowledgeable, personable, and talented that she makes going to the doctor fun!

Dr. Black is extremely professional and diligent. She is thorough, precise efficient, patient while also being personable and attentive. The best dermatologist I have ever had. Highly recommend. Does not get any better.

Dr. Black is an amazing doctor. She really listens to what is bothering me and comes up with a solution. She is incredibly up to date on research and innovations making me feel confident that I am receiving the very best care. I have sent a number of people to her and everyone is beyond thrilled with their results. Aging can be very mentally challenging, and Dr. Black makes it so much easier.

I went to see Dr. Black yesterday for a regular mole check based on an outstanding recommendation from a friend. Simply put, Dr. Black is absolutely fantastic - she is unquestionably one of the best, most knowledgeable, and friendly doctors I have ever encountered in any medical field. I have a lot of moles all over my body, and spend too much time outside playing in the sun - apparently, not a great combination. Dr. Black took the time to explain to me the genesis of each of my moles, how they might change in the future, and going forward warning signs to look out for to thwart any potential issues. Further, Dr. Black advised me that I had some cosmetic sun damage on my face that she could very quickly and easily remove with a laser. Fifteen minutes later this damage was no longer visible. Unbelievable. I could not recommend someone more enthusiastically. For me, Dr. Black has set a new standard for high quality, customer focused, medical care.

I am an Rn myself, I dont do reviews unless I it is true and I have something positive to say. I highly recommend this doctor. Dr Black is more than excellent, she is very understanding, she listens to her patients. my daughter and I saw her for the first time today. she took her time to explain everything to us. she is very knowledgeable, very caring, her bedside manner is exceptional. she is just a beautiful person inside and out. I really can not ask for more from a doctor.

Dr. Black is that Doctor you dream about. Warm, caring and beyond excellent. I tried to condense the story of my ugly 10 yr old keloid and the five second injection that changed my life, but it won’t fit. It’s a good one with a very happy ending, thanks to an amazing Doctor. Trust me, I'm the mother of a Doctor and I highly recommend Dr Black to anyone lucky enough to live in L.A.....or those willing to travel.

She has earned my trust and wish she could be my primary care physician, not my specialist. She's engaged in research and is well versed in emerging treatments and their success rates. If she's unaware about something, she looks into it and comes back to me promptly. She helps you identify the right path. She's candid, smart, caring, and cutting edge.

I have had Dr.Black look at some skin issues I developed as a result of pregnancy. She was very comprehensive and I felt comfortable asking her any question. She gave me honest and helpful answers and good treatment options. She’s clearly knows her stuff. I highly recommend her.

I took my 10-year old daughter to see Dr. Black to get her eczema treated. Although she primarily sees adults, Dr. Black was fantastic with my daughter. She was exceptionally thorough and patient. She spent a lot of time with us, and never made us feel rushed. The next time I have a dermatologic issue I will definitely go to her. I've been to many dermatologists, and she was the most pleasant by far! The office staff was also very nice and competent.
