My experience with Dr. Tan and her staff.
My only frustration was a 20 minute wait in seeing the first staff person to check my vitals. She was friendly and professional. After her I soon met with a PA who was again, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Soon after that I met Dr. Tan who came across immediately as a top expert in pulmonary issues. She was polite and creative in pointing out errors in one of my prescriptions and took appropriate measures to put me on a more effective treatment. I soon had a sleep test conducted by another most friendly professional member of her staff. I look forward to my next visit and know I can trust Dr. Tan and her staff for the best treatment.

I wouldn't listen to reviews that trash her office, her staff or her professionalism. I have seenn this doctor for 10 years, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with her. I have recommended family and friends, and they, too, report their satisfaction. Why is anyone from Dallas and Prosper, Texas, reviewing anyway? We are in El Paso!

Dr. Tan talks more than she listens. the Dr. thinks she knows what you are going to ask before you ask it, she is usually wrong. Her waiting room is trashy. Restroom had feces all over the commode and floor. No one bothered to clean it up. It was all over the restroom when I got there and 2 1/2 hours later, when I left it was still there. In the exam room, the lid of the trash can, one of those that you raise with the foot peddle was broke off. Gloves and paper were on the floor around the can

Awfull! Called over 30 times receptionist kept putting me in 5-10 min wait. Unapologetic and very rude. The doctor is not knowledgeable. She will say whatever you ask as a statement. I don't want to hear my questions repeated! I want a doctors opinion.
