Dr. Jeanine Andersson, MD

Dr. Anderson fixed my issue, but she did so using deceptive billing and charging me $2000 for an in-office procedure that took less than 15 minutes. I 'prepaid' for the procedure, but then OrthoArkansas billed me more than three times the quoted amount, claiming it was because she had to sew up the area. Of course she did. Stitches are standard for the minor surgery I had! She did no graft or anything else that went beyond the minimal required for this basic procedure.

Dr Andersson and her staff have been outstanding in the quality of care I received. Besides being an outstanding surgeon, Dr Andersson is also very good at communicating with her patients. She is very thoughtful and caring.

Highly recommended for my painful immobile osteoarthritic thumb; performed microsurgery, removed the diseased bone and restored my hand! I can't praise her enough, she prayed with me for divine guidance presurgery, now, that's over and above!

When it comes to hand surgery Dr. Anderson is the best! She is extremely experienced skilled and knowledgeable. When doing hand surgery she is even sure to make incisions on the existing lines of the hand to minimize noticeable scarring. Her bedside manner is so sweet and prayed for me/with me before surgery. She was attentive enough to notice my anxiety and asked me if I was okay and assured me I did not have to do it if I wasn’t comfortable. She didn’t pressure me into anything even though we were literally fixing to wheel into OR. She is the model of how all surgeons should engage with their patients.

Dr Anderson was very easy to talk to and explained everything so well. Her staff was very helpful and kind. I would recommend her very highly!

I was referred to Dr. Andersson to assist with my immobile thumbs. I was into my afternoon appointment on time, had x-rays and diagrams of my hands explained understandably, received a treatment plan, and started the first step all within an hour. At no time did I feel rushed or brushed off, rather I felt valued and taken care of throughout my appointment. The staff was nice, Dr. Andersson was knowledgeable and very kind which made her an excellent physician in my opinion.

Dr Andersson and her team were very well informed and ready to do the work at hand. They were all friendly and caring. Their organization strikes me as an Above and Beyond effort. They knew their jobs and did them well. I will know even more after my surgery and recovery.

They have done so much with my hands and wrists to keep me operating satisfactorily. The team has a very good reputation for what they do. I could never say enough praise about her and the team.

Dr. Andersson is amazing! She took excellent care of my whole self. My arm was mangled from an accident and another surgeon and she went above and beyond my expectation to give me the best chance for a full recovery. After about two years of intense pain and being told it would take time for my hand to get back to normal, I decided to see a hand specialist. I chose Dr. Andersson based on reviews. She found that the nerve in the palm of my hand had been severed and left that way during my first surgery and she repaired this with a nerve graft. Dr. Andersson is a caring physician with a lot of knowledge. She takes an objective approach to healing and answers all your questions. She’s operated on me once and I wouldn’t select anyone else.

She’s very personable. I like her a lot. She spent time explaining my issue and solutions available to me. Best of all was being in and out fast. If you go to the LR clinic all emergencies come before appointments and you can be there for hours.
