Dr. Jeanne Kirkland, MD

She treated me for 3 Uti's. Told me I didn't know how to clean myself. What I had was BLADDER CANCER. Run from her. She is a terrible doctor and her receptionist is hateful and nasty

She missed the fact I have Chronic Kidney Disease after complaining about frequent urination. After urine sample showed negative, she did not delve any deeper to advocate for my health. She sent me on my way like oh well without ever telling me I have Chrinuc Kidney Disease. How is a licensed doctor I don’t know but she’s not my doctor anymore and I don’t recommend her office as the charged me copay for a blood work office visit when they should not have in the first place. She’s just in it healthcare for the money not the health of her patients.

Dr is amazing, very very rude receptionist, no people skills and her tone of voice ruins the office vibe.

I have seen Dr Jeanne Kirkland for many years and trust her with my entire family and have recommended her to my friends. I am a RN, have worked a long side many physician and surgeons. Jeanne Kirkland is an excellent physician. This is a small office not a huge get lost in the shuffle multicentered owned by the hospital practice. So you know who your doctor is are seen by a doctor, not a PA or NP. The trade off is if a staff member calls in sick or has an emergency then things slow down.

My comment has only to do with access and the comportment of staff. For this doctor, be prepared (1) to have the hours reported in the phone message not to reflect hours they are in the office; (2) for prescriptions not to be called to pharmacies in a timely manner or at all; (3) for the person operating the phone not to listen, to offer no help whatsoever, and to be brusque and self-important; (4) for the doctor rarely to be available for consultation.

Dr. Jeanne Kirkland has been our family doctor for many years, and we would enthusiastically recommend her (and her doctor husband Clem) for your future care. A short time ago, she quickly recognized a heart problem in my wife; took a photo of the EKG; then called one her specialist friends to discuss. The heart specialist operated on her the very next day, and she is alive and well today. Dr. Jeanne is very friendly, but all business when it comes to caring for her patience.

Dr. Jeanne Kirkland was very thorough and provided a clear explanation of my diabetes medications and lab testing. I always feel better coming out of her office!

I found out from the ER that I have had a disease for at least the past year, probably longer, that I was never told about, despite a yearly physical and office visit every quarter. When I ask Jeanne about it, she riffled thru papers for 10 minutes, and never did answer why she never told me. Wish I could give negative stars.

I was elated that I found Doctor J. Kirkland. She is a true caring professional. She has always made time for me and listens to me for what is going on. She does a work up, and address my problems. I find her refreshing in this hustle-bussel world. My last doctor would see me for three to five minutes and I was out the door with a prescription. She pays attention, and she treats the whole person, not just an ailment. I personally think she is a top notch doctor.
