Rude and condescending
I saw this doctor for about a year in another location. She was consistently rude and rather uninformed about my medical history and conditions. She didn’t seem interested in listening or finding out more about my health. I could never recommend her.

I have seen her for a year. When asking for accommodations and medications for my anxiety and ADHD, she was extremely condescending and acted as if I was lying about having those things. When I explained I could get into contact with my neuropsychiatrist she resorted to blaming me for not mentioning these issues at our previous appointment, my first with her, a year ago. I explained multiple times since I was there at the time for chronic nausea, I wasn't really focused on discussing my mental health. She continued to blame me to the point where I was crying and unable to respond. Where she still continued to blame and doubt me. As a nursing student, I couldn't imagine talking to a patient the way she talked to me, I would get kicked out immediately! I cant believe she treats patients like this and gets away with it.

Rude and Arrogant
I went to a walk in and therefore had no choice of the Dr. I would be seeing. I had a respiratory tract infection. I told her it had been going on for a week. I told her I knew I needed Antibiotics bc I had this same condition about 10 years ago. Last time this happened a Dr. At another walk in told me it was just viral. 10 days later still not any better went to my Dr. Who said “why did u wait so long, you need antibiotics. “ I told Dr. Olivia I believe I need antibiotics and she said. “Then go to your Dr. And get antibiotics if u are not better.” Next day I went to a different walk in and got true medical care from an amazing NP. She prescribed antibiotics, inhaler, cough syrup and everything to get me better. Dr. Olivia is rude, has no people skills and needs a lesson on listening to her patients needs vs her own judge -mental advice. She “prescribed”mucinex. She said she would prescribe mucinex and a saline nasal spray. She forgot the nasal spray. Total Joke.

Had to change doctors due to change in insurance
Dr. Oliva is extremely thorough. Because of an insurance change, I had to find a new doctor after 15 years and was a bit nervous. Not anymore, Dr. Oliva is someone who you can ask any question or discuss any ailment with. She makes sure you have adequate tests and is good at follow up. I highly recommend.

O star
She did not agree with anything I ask. Simple request to change my vitamin for capsules that I took for years instead of tablets that she gave me was to much to ask. She is rude. In my first appointment she was very suspicious of me leaving my previous doctor and ask if I paid for my last visit with previous doctor. She is disrespectful to you as a patient and as a person. She gave me refferal to specialist and she is actually marked me in this refferal. No way I can trust my health to that.

Lost my doctor because she could no longer take my insurance. Had to take the only person available during COVID for an accident (a fall I had). This doctor was very cold and impersonal...ignored why I was there and just tried to change medications that had been working because she did not agree with my previous doctor or myself. This had nothing to do with my visit. Does not give patients autonomy or any say over their health. Very controlling and condescending. When I said it was not a good fit and I would be looking else where I received a letter saying I could never go back. As if that was initially her decision. So to cover herself she wrote nasty notes in my chart that now follow me. She also never followed through with the reason I was there. I am also a professional and believe she miss-uses her power. Patients please be aware as this has caused me quite a bit of suffering and grief going forward at a very difficult time. I would not wish this experience on anyone.

Condescending/rude. Not helpful.. when I was asking medical advice, instead of being professional, she was condescendingly laughing at me (while assuming before asking intentions), picking apart my symptom wording like a lawyer instead of considering that people use different words to describe the same symptom, and rather than communicating effectively, she misinterpreted my "okay" to getting tested (as in, sure/ sounds great/ yes) as "now you're changing your mind" ....when in reality I wasn't at all..she needs to be trained on how to talk to people of all walks of life... I usually just bite my tongue, but the way that she treated me like some "dumb patient" and even at one point assumed I would forgo safety precautions if i test negative (absolutely wrong), it was very ignorant, lacked dignity, prevented me from accessing medical evaluation. I feel sorry for anyone who has a serious medical concern or ailment and is in her care. Yikes.

She has very poor people skills and is very difficult to both work and communicate with as a patient. She is not a very strong advocate for her patients either. Whenever I needed something I essentially had to pull teeth to get anything done. She is also the type of doctor that will give you pills and send you home for a few days without following up to see if you have benefited from the medication or not. She is a nice lady, but a very negligent physician. I would NEVER recommend her.
