Dr. Jeanne Osborn, MD

Dr. Osborne maps out my many moles meticulously. She also makes notes. Her attitude is friendly, professional and makes you feel comfortable. She had suggestions for what to use for facial moisturizers and they work!! Haven’t seen her in almost 3 years because of Covid, but when I do, I know I’ll receive the care and expertise I need.

Ultimately Jeanne Osborn is responsible for the people she hires. I spoke with two of her scheduling people and asked to have Jeanne Osborn call me. Both were rude and had this attitude that they were so much more important than just a lowly patient. They said that Jeanne Osborn would not be calling me back, that is NOT the way they did things there. I CANCELLED the appointment I had already made and requested a change of provider from TRICARE. I also informed TRICARE about the substandard treatment from this practice and hopefully no other referrals will come from TRICARE to this ridiculous practice.

I waited 2+ months for a new patient appointment. I arrived @9:34 am for a 9:30 am appointment. I was told the doctor said I had to reschedule, that I was expected to arrived at 9:10 am. None of the appointment reminders I received mentioned that “expectation” was actually a requirement. I pointed out that I had already completed all the new patient forms on their website. The “tons of paperwork” (receptionist’s words), that remained to be completed actually consisted of “2 or 3 consent forms to be signed” (again, the receptionist’s words). I told the receptionist I choose NOT to reschedule, and asked her to tell Dr. Osborn that she had lost a new patient as a result of their policy. I tried to argue, but eventually left. Later, I received a phone call from the same receptionist. Dr. O. had instructed her to call me and tell me not to call the practice to reschedule!! Why Dr. O. thought this was necessary is beyond my comprehension, but I felt the episode deserved to be recorded.
