I love the way she is but her office staff is terrible, they never answer and when they do they just do nott do their work, they dont follow up at all. Their answering system is horrible starting with the greeting message.

It is hard to get in touch with the reception staff during business hours, and several times the referal requests needed were not processed and it has been frustrating in a holding pattern without getting needed referals. The Dr. seems to care deeply but I believe the reception staff and nurse aides need to follow through with needed treatment referals or communicate inability to do so.. several times we were almost on the brink of visiting the office for services needed. Frusrating...

I'm sadden by Dr. Del Valle, it appears as if she doesn't care as she used to. She has been my moms doctor since she became a doctor. She doesn't spend quality time explaining or actually examining my mom she is quick to mask the symptoms by prescribing pain meds. Her staff never follows through on day to day task. Prescriptions, referrals and such they always have excuses. I believe it is time for her to retire if she doesn't want to be a proactive doctor. I am very disappointed. It's sad.

I am a current patient considering switching to another primary care doctor. My issue is with her office staff which is an obstacle to have to manage whenever I need a consult. There's no effort made to be helpful. The attitude of the girl in the front desk is complete apathy. You'd think she got paid by how many patients she turns away. Dr. Del Valle seems to have genuine interest in helping if only the staff would share her value.

I have been a patient for less than a year and my experience has been miserable. The girls at the front desk are very, very rude and seem annoyed at any question you ask them. It is IMPOSSIBLE to make an appointment because you can never get through to anyone. I have left numerous voice messages and have yet to receive a call back. I have done blood tests and lab tests, not once has anyone called me with the results. I have already contacted my provider to change Primary Physicians.

She does not read patients' files before the appointment, has a poor memory, does not know what's going on, and treats patients like dirt. Studied medicine by mistake. The people who work for her are rude, and are nor concerned at all about patients' well-being. They have no supervision, are annoyed by any simple question. The Dr. is very distracted with her things and does not care either. She yells at patients, and you can hear what she says to other patients because the walls have ears.

I've seen her for a few years. If you leave a message, she does not call back. She has twice forgotten to send my referrals. Last physical i had she did not had my results. Yes, maybe it was the Labs mistake, but obviously her and her staff were very incompetent to demand my labs to be found. I had to be calling every week, and it took them a month to finally get them. I pick up the copies and she wrote I was pre diabetic. Did they tell me to comeback for a follow up NO. She cannot be trusted.
