Definitely would not recommend Dr. Shay
Dr. Shay was rude in greeting and questioning me. I think he lacked appropriate knowledge about my condition and medication and rather than trying to gain information was focused on expressing his opinion. I left my appointment feeling very disrespected.

My first visit was full of promises to help. Dr Shay acted like he cared. After that 3minute visits he wasn't willing to explore any treatment options just refills on prescriptions that don't work anymore. Very disappointing

Dr Shay treats his patients like drug seekers. He had the nerve to suggest that it's my fault I've had to have 14 surgeries because "joining the army and getting blown up by an I.E.D. was my fault, if I would have gone to college I'd be healthy and sitting behind a desk right now" he treats uneducated patients like garbage...

He is rude. He doesn't listen to the client. He thinks everyone is drug seeking. Everything is done around him and not the client. First visit was good, 2nd he was atrocious=all he talked about when I was trying to tell him how I felt was say what powerful drugs they give and how you need to take care of them and on and on. I left crying. Do not waste your time or money.

Unlike many doctors, Dr Shay is on time and sees you at appointment times. He knows what he is doing and seems to care about his patients I am better for being under his care.
