Really Hard to get through to office staff
This poor review is for the difficulty in communicating with this doctor and her staff. My elderly Mother has been waiting for four weeks to receive her blood sugar monitor with no luck. Countless phone calls that almost always go unanswered.I understand that this may be a busy practice and it is easier to deal with patients electronically but some patients can not navigate modern forms of communication. My wife and I have tried at least 6 times (not to mention many by my Mother) in the last two weeks unsuccessfully. Getting ready to find a new Doctor that shows more empathy. Very frustrating experience.

So happy I waited for an appt with Dr Blanco. She was very caring and personable. She answered my questions before I was even able to ask them. So looking forward to her being my primary care physician from this point onward.

Go to Dr. Mathew if you're a woman with PCOS.
I have PCOS, and have had concerns over my blood sugar for YEARS, but every other doctor had dismissed me. Dr. Matthew is incredibly knowledgable about PCOS, and was able to give me the proper testing and treatment that I needed. This provider has made a genuine difference in my quality of life, and I'm so so grateful for her!
