I appreciate Dr Jeff Cloud so much. I was diagnosed with Scleroderma in 2021 and I have been seeing him in Holdrege, Ne.the past 2 years. With Scleroderma I have esophageal issues and G.I. issues. He has stretched my throat and esophagus on two occasions and has done a stomach, upper and lower gi tests and removing some polyps. Dr. Cloud is excellent in discussing with me about my illness and very throughly researches the tests or procedures I need. He put me on a 3 month treatment plan for my colon problems which helped immensey. I am so glad that he was recommended to me. He is very professional , courteous and compassionate. I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Cloud.

Disappointed
I waited a month and a half to get into see Dr. Cloud. After 15 years of scopes, labs, gastric emptying studies that are a joke (I can only have a 1/3 of what you have to ingest for the study due to being allergic to oranges and being celiac) with another GI doc here in town. I was so looking forward to having a new GI doc that would actually HELP me.Dr. Cloud didn't have any of my records to refer to from the prior 15 years, even though it took 8 weeks to get into see him. He questioned the specialist that I had just seen a month before and the diagnosis that had been given after having an upper and lower scopes, biopsies, etc. He wasn't at all interested in my opinion, or any one else's, for that matter. All he suggested was to go back to another gastric emptying study. The entire visit was a waste of my time, and an insult to me and my health.And I sat in the room for 45 minutes waiting. Had I showed up that late, do you think he would have honored the visit? I think not.

Very professional and caring. Went for my consult and had the procedure done within a few days.....the office staff is unbelievable......followed up with me after and still does. This office is very highly recommended by me and always will. I am so glad that Dr Cloud is back in Casper and opened his practice.
