From the outset, Dr. Michaelson’s team exhibited commendable professionalism and exemplary efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination throughout my visit. The facility itself is distinguished by its state-of-the-art technological infrastructure, which facilitated the preemptive completion of nearly all requisite documentation prior to my appointment. Regarding Dr. Michaelson, his clinical acumen was evident, complemented by an empathetic and reassuring demeanor that epitomizes the zenith of patient-centered care.

Dr Michaelson easily answered my questions and is easy to converse with, you feel comfortable. He takes time to explain the processes, and details of the pre-op, op, post op, recovery and PT. He also helped to clear up some of the misinformation I'd picked up online. The Telehealth conference call worked very well and saved me a 3.0 hour round trip from Harsens Island.I've talked with several other family and friends that have used Dr Michaelson their surgeries, and they would definitely use him again.

Great guy and Dr. he did both knee replacements and did them very well. They were very difficult because of the damage that they were in and also lm a very big guy what makes it difficult.

Dr was very friendly and apologized for the delay as they were very busy. He reviewed my X-rays and mri and offered options and his opinion. Set me up with physical therapy I appreciate his honesty and approach to what the patient wants.

I was gladly helped with the information tablet. Once completed I was called into the examine room for my appointment. Everyone was very nice.

Dr. Michaelson remembers me from visit to visit. He listens and lays out my options in clear terms. Surgery is never his first option.

Met Dr. Michaelson for the first time for a pre-op visit for my upcoming right knee replacement. He reviewed my X-rays and explained what my knee issues were and how he was going to remedy the problem. He talked about rehab, icing, and anything I needed to know before the surgery. I asked if I being small in nature would affect the implant and he took the time to explain what they do to make the correct fit. I was very impressed with all aspects of the visit.

Attentive and articulate

I had surgery on July 10th for a torn meniscus in my right knee. I went to Dr. Michaelson as he was very highly recommended to me. From my first appointment to his office to learn about the surgery, I knew my search was over, and that I wanted Dr. MIchaelson to do my surgery. Although I knew this surgery was common and the recovery is pretty quick, Dr. Michaelson and all his staff were so great and patient with me. A week after my surgery, I met with Ashley, his Physician Assistant who checked my bruising, and answered all my questions that I had, and told me what to expect during my recovery. Today, I met with Dr. Michaelson for my post op appointment, and once again he was very patient with me, and thorough, with much advice for me as I am nearing full recovery. If I need any more knee surgeries in the future, without question, I will see Dr. Michaelson. He is truly the best!!

Dr. Michaelson reassured me that the structural integrity of my STRYKER Knee Replacement is intact and should provide 5 to 10 years of trouble free service. Great news.

I couldn't ask for better results from both knee replacements. No pain and all was exactly the way it should be. Dr. Michaelson is the best surgeon and I'd reccommend him to anyone. He gave me the information to make up my mind to have these replacements done. Had all the confidence and trust in Dr. Michaelson to do it. He didn't disappoint.
