I'm having a hard time not blaming Dr. Degrauw for the recent death of my grandmother. He determined early on that she did not need to continue doing colonoscopies (even though her mother died of colon cancer) and then ignored severe pain that caused her inability to eat, making her too weak to survive cancer treatments once she was finally diagnosed. I wish she had a doctor who had pushed for quicker and more thorough testing and treatments, which I believe would've prolonged her life. We are devastated.

Cost me thousands and sent me to collections
They falsely diagnosed me twice with severe asthma. They changed their billing system, changed their billing contractors, failed to tell me about the bills when I checked into their office multiple times, sent me 2 to 3 bills per visit that were all late. They then sent me to collections at least 3 times. A doctor at UofU said the only explanation for diagnosis was they didn't know what they were doing. They forced me to come in for a regular medication refill then didn't make the refills automatic so I'd have to keep booking visits they'd try to charge over $300 for. Makes me wonder if Tanner clinic is actually worse or not. And they don't have online options for me to pay. I can provide proof as needed.

He is by far the best doctor I have ever seen.
Always is unhurried, listens, and explains everything thoroughly. He has stayed late long after his office closed to administer IV fluids so that I wouldn’t have to be admitted to the hospital. Always kind and compassionate and thorough.

Very poor. I was enticed to visit Dr. Degrauw's office to learn about taking part in a drug study. An agent in his office, Renea, promised that I would be paid travel expenses ($64.50) for traveling to Layton, 75 mile trip, to consider their offer. I spent over an hour reading the conditions for this study and found it completely unacceptable. When I explained this, I was led to the door with no payment. I called and spoke with Dr. Degrauw regarding this breach of contract, to no avail.
