Dr Appleman always takes the time to explain things and is very attentive. He gives excellent care.

Unless you have a load of cash laying around, ovoid this place like the plague. Won't accept credit or debit. Debit is the primary way FSA accounts are handled today and they won't do it. Weak.

This rating is for the office staff, specifically the front desk receptionist who answers the phone. I cannot physically rate the 2 doctors themselves, as I have not seen them. Over the weekend, I visited the urgent care with a severe toe injury. The NPN stated it was the worst she'd seen in the 15yrs she'd been an NPN. Due to the severity of my injury, she said I must see a podiatrist within 2-3 days. I was then referred to Dr Appleman's office. I called the office and was told I couldn't get in until after mid August. I called the office back and explained my situation and the importance of why I needed to be seen as soon as possible. I was then told by the receptionist that I should "look in the phone book" and "just do what the UC recommended" i informed her that is why I was calling. She then hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and compassion. Its unfortunate bc I know both doctors are great. However, I will not be recommending any of my

I have seen Dr. Appleman on a number of occasions due to diabetic foot ulcers that became infected. Each situation, he was honest and upfront about the condition and gave me options. He gave the pros and cons of each option and allowed me to make the choice without pressure. He has also done clean up on occasion and has saved at least one toe and probably others. Would highly recommend him for any foot situation you might have. He will find ways to give you the best result possible. I call him my "Magic Man" He has worked miracles for me.

Staff friendly Dr. friendly but that's about it Don't waste your time

Dr. Appleman is great! He takes as much time as he needs with you. He is very concerned with your problem. I would highly recommend Dr. J. Appleman.

Was very nice explained everything in easy relatable ways.

I sat in his empty waiting room for over an hour, then left without being seen. Obviously, he didn't have time.
