He was rude and explained nothing. He was looking for the most profitable procedure to perform on me! Did not address the reason I was referred to him! I highly recommend you avoid this doctor!

I have never experienced a more unpleasant dental visit in my life! Everyone was not only unfriendly but downright rude. The dr never spoke to me except for a few necessary utterances and not once looked at me! There was no post surgery checkup call or appointment made. Never again.

Dr Berkley charge me 4.000 $ for a bone implant after many visits nothing was done in fact He pull the only implant I have left Just be aware and read all the bad reviews he got I have all the receipts I am 75 years old on SS he made me go and get a loan So now I will be paying the rest of my life!!!! The lady in front very rude told me it was because I smoke ( never smoked in 30 years) please don’t trust him or anyone in his office!!

I went in for a tooth extraction and walked out smiling! Why? Staff was extremely friendly, and Dr. Berkley who runs the practice was very professional and knowledgeable. I don't understand how anybody could rate this practice below 5 stars; maybe they had a procedure with one of his other staff members? But Dr. Berkley is as solid as they get. Unless you have an emergency -- book an appointment with him if you need to have a procedure done and you will not be disappointed.

I didn't even make it to my appointment due to staff being very rude and trying to cam me before the even called my insurance company to see what my benefits are. Had multiple conversations with them in which I tried to be as polite as possible until they flew off the handle and were very rude and not at all being accommodating to my circumstance. Canceled my appointment and went else where. DO NOT go to this office if they talk to you like that imagine what they do while you're under anesthesia
