Office Staff Sub-Par - scheduling takes an hour
Dr Bigler has been my GI doctor for years. Now that I am trying to schedule a follow up, I spent 17 minutes on hold - the hold music says I can schedule on the website but the website says “expired”. Finally someone picked up, offered me a date that I was not available, offered a 2nd date that I was not available and then just disconnected. I waited 10 minutes hoping they would call back. Nope. When I called back and chose an alternate option to get through faster I was trying to explain what happened but kept being interrupted. She never got it and put me back into the holding queue. UGH! I STILL NEED AN APPOINTMENT

NEVER11 Sad to say.....Office staff seems to always have a bad day there. Dr. Bigler is a doctor that never gets back with you. Sent me off with a prescription that out of pocket was 1800.00 which all I needed was a note from him to have it covered, with NO prevail as I took copers over and over to the staff even then NO response. I dont usually like to write a review like this but think twice before using Dr. Bigler.

Dr. Bigler is highly skilled in his chosen profession. He performed my procedure flawlessly and I was ordering solid food as soon as I returned to my room. This in spite of the failed attempt the previous week by another specialist. Dr. Bigler deserves my highest rating and my greatest thanks!

I was referred to Dr. Bigler by my primary. He listened closely when I explained my symptom. He recommended colonoscopy. I had the procedure at GSI new building on 91st street. I was very anxious and nervous since this is my first time. The staff - the nurses and the anesthesiologist- were very nice and very understanding. I would recommend Dr. Bigler to anyone.

Dr. Bigler truly listened to me !! I had suffered for years diagnosed with I.B.S.! I had almost given up on any Dr. ever making it better! I am as of today, released from his marvelous care! I had 2 seperate things going on! He referred me to a specialist in St. Louis for ERCP & Sphyncterotomy! He treated the other issues in his office! I am pain free today because of his diligence! 15 years of pain gone in 14 weeks!

My experience with Dr Bigler was very good. He was very caring and took time to talk to me. When I went to him for my colonoscopy all of his staff could not have been nicer to me. I got a call a couple of days later to see how I was doing. It was a very positive experience. Prep for the procedure wasn't fun but the rest of it was a breeze. I would recommend him to anyone.

Very poor experience and communicator. Ordered tests and didn't even tell me what he wanted to test or that he was going to have me do the tests. Shows no care for the patient and was not helpful at all. Go somewhere else where they actually will care for you and help you.
