Those place needs management replaced.
Never got to see the Dr. Appointment was for 8:15 when I got there they said need to be there 7:45 to check in but I had checked in online! Why say your Appointment is 8:15. I was there at 8:00 and was turned down just a scam!

Very Knowledgeable and saved my life
Dr Brown saved my life. I was struggling for 3 years with other doctors who could not give me a diagnosis. Dr Brown just looking at my body was able to tell me my issue and confirmed with exams. Yes, because Thyroid issues are up and down, he was seeing me every 4 weeks to update my blood work and make sure my dosage was correct. Not just that he heard me and made me feel better as human. He is funny and very knowledgeable. Trust him and the process because once is right it is a life changer.

I've been going to Dr. Brown's office on and off for several years. It wasn't until recently that I decided I was sick of his office and changed doctors. Why I waited this long I do not know. Every time you visit the office you're going to wait at least an hour to be seen. Unlike other reviews, the office staff has never been rude to me, but I can say that sometimes you will call and no one will answer (even during office hours). He's never been able to assign me to a health plan that works. Every time you go in he just wants more blood work and then wants you to come back again. So you're always having to come back again and again and again. My guess is because that's how he can bill your insurance and make money, by telling you on every visit that you have to come back in 4-6 weeks and do more blood work. He makes you wait forever to see him and then when we walks into the room your visit is about 5 mins or less and then you're done. I will admit that I do not follow his protocol of going back every few weeks. However, in seeing my new endocrinologist that's not even a requirement; I knew it was weird. Everything about this office is just weird. It's definitely not an office where the client/patient feels appreciated, listened to or even respected. In closing, I just got a bill for a June 6th appointment. I didn't have a June 6th appointment. So I called their billing dept. and was told I was billed $25 because a pharmacy had to speak with them to transfer my prescription. In my 42 years of life that is a first. Ridiculous.

I've been a patient of Dr.Brown's for many years. Those complaining of long waiting room times don't understand if a particular patient needs more attention he will give it to them as he would for anyone else in the waiting room. He is a smart and thoughtful man but will tell his patients what they need to know even if it is not what they want to hear. I don't mind lab work every three to six months. It not only allows him to stay on top of what my health is doing, it gives me a day-to-day confidence that I don't have to worry about. I don't feel the staff is unfriendly - they are just busy. Dr. Brown is my top-doc.

Dr. Brown appears to be very knowledgeable, but unfortunately his entire staff can be very rude. He is arrogant and continues to tell me I have to come in every 3 months for lab work when my current lab results are normal. He always overbooks his appointments which leave you waiting for an hour to be seen. When his staff takes lunch, they rarely switch the phones back from the answering service on time, and don't call on Fridays because they're closed. Their message doesn't say that though. And their answering service can only take emergency calls if you're on insulin. They won't take your call and give the Doctor a message if you're needing a refill on your thyroid medicine. I've reached my final straw with his office and will be searching for another doctor.

Great Doctor Bad Situation. Receptionist is rude, abrasive and extremely unprofessional. Dr. Brown seems very informed on the area of hypothyroidism but I dont like being spoken down to or being given exaggerated information so that I will respond in a particular way. I prefer doctors where I can partner in my treatment as a competent adult dealing with a medical condition. I also realized after leaving Dr. Brown and speaking with other endocrinologists, that I have over paid for excessive And unnecessary lab tests and procedures for years. Also plan at least an extra hour for appointments as my appointment schedule has rarely been on time with the time seen.

Very long wait times. Be ready to wait more than 2 hours. Then you see him only 10 minutes or so. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

Where other doctors could not find what was wrong, Dr Brown did for three members of my family and me. I've recommended him to other family members, friends and strangers. He has no problem collaborating with other physicians to ensure the wellbeing of his patients, as he did when my husband's cardiologist called him while my husband was hospitalized. I am forever grateful to him for the care he has provide us for the past 10 years and I trust him implicitly. Dr Brown is the best in his field.

I trust Dr. Brown. I have been seeing him from several years and he always spends time to talk. That said, he is the only Doctor in his practice so he has to keep moving but the care you get is first class. He looks for things that others simply do not know about. His treatment is sought after by proven Gold Medal Olympians. Let him find the issues no one else can if you are still having issues.

Arrogant, rude, and of no help since he does all of the talking without trying to get know what’s wrong with you in the first place. Don’t waste your time with some as unprofessional as he is.

Not likely to recommend Dr. Brown to anyone as I could not tolerate the way I was treated when seeing him. Dr. Brown is the only doctor in the office you will see. Therefore, his appointments are stacked so deeply that there is no way possible he can ever see any of his patients without a long, long, long wait. I do not like it when I visit a professional office and they do not care to respect my time the same way I try to respect theirs.

Great first visit!! Our wait time in the waiting room was short, wait for Dr. Brown was a little longer, tho. His thoroughness made up for the wait. After many, many questions, thorough exam, blood work, and a thyroid ultrasound, we are hopeful to have some answers to our daughter's horrific fatigue and malaise. Staff was courteous and thorough!!!

Dr. Brown is one of the tops in his field. The first appointment I took my wife in as she was putting on weight but not really eating anything. He went right for the jugular! That i right the thyroid. Her previous Endocrinologist did not have a clue, he just said to lose weight. Well Dr. Brown solved that one and now manages her diabetes. Check this guy out, you will like him.
