I was 74 years old when I was diagnosed with pituitary gland malfunction. Dr. Bruce did my surgery to remove a macro adenoma on my pituitary gland. Two months out, I feel totally healthy and have resumed all of my routine activities. I felt genuinely cared for by these amazing women.I live in New Mexico. When I was diagnosed with a golf ball size skull-based meningioma tumor located close to my brain stem in April 2024. My husband had a very big tumor that was a meningioma and we went for consultation with other neurosurgeons before we met with Dr. Bruce. But when we talked to Dr. Bruce we knew right away that we want him to operate my husband and would not look for another doctor. The surgery was done successfully without any complications. At age 61 I was diagnosed with a macro pituitary Adenoma. This tumor has been manipulating my hormones for 35 years. Recently I became extremely symptomatic. All involved were great. Very professional and compassionate. 5 weeks post surgery and I am back on the golf course. Surgery done through my nasal cavity. No scars or external evidence of the surgery. Was warned about many possible negative side effects ended up with no side effects of any kind.

Dr. Bruce is fantastic. He did my 2nd brain surgery and skillfully removed my tumor, which was in a tricky location. I expected to have some nerve damage, but not with Dr. Bruce! A few years ago Dr. Bruce performed a complex surgery on me for chordoma located in the base of my skull, followed by gamma knife radiation. My surgical area healed perfectly and today I am feeling great. Since then I have had several follow-ups with Dr. Bruce to review a new MRI of the area. Each time he has asked about my well-being and it is clear to me that he genuinely cares about his patients. He is refreshingly sincere and kind. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bruce to anyone for both his expertise and compassion.

Dr. Bruce removed a pineal tumor for me a little over a year ago. I could not be more thankful for him and his team. I was beyond terrified as I am in my 20s and this is a rare tumor. Dr. Bruce made me feel calm and comfortable from my first appointment on. He performed a successful resection surgery and I am now fully recovered with no complications. Dr. Bruce’s knowledge is next to none, I would not recommend anyone but him. His team was also just as amazing, I felt like they truly cared for me and my health. My mom had brain surgery with Dr. Bruce. He seemed knowledgeable but condescending, and never really answered any of our questions clearly. He told us that everything would be find and that there was very little risk. Now after surgery with Dr. Bruce my mom is permanently disabled. He tried to explain everything away like it wasn't his fault, but she never got better and will forever have to live this way because of him.

Dr. Bruce is heaven sent. He is quick, efficient and takes care of his patients exceptionallly well. I couldn't have gotten a successful surgery without him leading his team. He also explains your condition very well; experienced and knowledgeable. You couldn't be in a better hands. He also has a wonderful, friendly and fast staff headed by Ms. Aileen who is so kind. I have been a patient of Dr. Bruce since 2014 when he performed the surgery for my Pituitary Adenoma. The surgery was smooth without any complications and amazingly I was able to eat dinner the same evening. I visited him with my MRI every year for 5 years. This year, after a two year gap, I sent him the MRI disk and had a televisit. He confirmed the Radiologist's report that the tumor has not come back and answered my other questions.
