Dr Campbell likes to prescribe drugs. I think he tested me on quite a few. He had me on Xanax, Lortab, Ambien and every other addictive drug there is. Beware. He tries to get you hooked! My daughter went there and she did get hooked on drugs by DR CAMPBELL! It has taken 7 years to get her clean.

This office has moved twice in the past 5 years and they never tell their patients. I have a chronic condition and am on medication that keeps me alive. I constantly have problems with this office. They don't return phone calls, you make an appt with a dr you get to know and show up and that dr is gone, the staff is rude. I

I went there 2010 - 2011,The staff was very rude, only seen the doctor twice. The doctor was rude and didnt exsplain things ,l felt rushed. He lied to me and done a treatment that l told him l already had it and couldnt toerate it,he said he wouldnt but he did. He told my husband to shut up once. I would not recomend him. It actually took me one year to get my medical records.

I was a patient at one of Dr. Campbell's locations, and was seen by Dr. Blair.... They left the state without notifying me and when I needed to refill my prescription was unable to and I could not get anyone in any of the offices to approve until I could see another doctor.... I called to have my labs released and could not get this done.... my dogs vets I would recommend before I would this place.

The office staff are terrible about returning calls. They will tell you that your message will be responded to within 24 hours. I'm still waiting after leaving 4 messages and I'm on day 5.
