Appointments
I was a patient for 14 years. I missed 4 appointments closely together due to unavoidable, legitimate reasons and paid him the charges he charges for 'missed' appointments. Not inexpensive. Rather than the MD himself caring enough after all the years of me NOT missing appointments he made a decision to cancel me as a patient. He himself never spoke to me just let newer staff mouth off. The first do no harm directive MDs are mandated to live by-he could care less about. All and I mean ALL the appointments I missed I called ahead of time, certainly as soon as I knew I could not make them and ALL were more than valid reasons that were completely out of my control including 2 hurricane evacuations and one emergency surgery all on the same day as my 'missed' appointments. I have no ways or means to tell him myself how disappointed I was in him that he wouldn't even consider the validity of my absences but shame on him. I thought he was a better person, I thought he was a better MD.

Beware… This office is less than desirable. Primarily the front office, they are abusive and disrespectful, when trying to have a conversation they will talk over you and lie causeing conflict. This has gone on for me the last two years. I’ve had enough of being treated with no dignity and respect that is deserving to a patient . This office has no leadership, compassion or care to the patient. Your just a number never forget that. And we are disposable, so sad.

When I first heard about pain management doctors, the reputation was they were stern and uncompassionate. Needless to say, I was not sure what I was going to encounter when I went for my first visit. This reputation does not apply to Dr. Caudill. He is very approachable, compassionate and shows he actually is concerned about your pain and the best way to treat it. I felt like I'd known him for years when I left that appointment, that is how comfortable he and his staff made me feel. I highly recommend Dr. Caudill to anyone with chronic pain. I also give kudos to his staff. I have not once encountered anyone with a rude attitude. All of them have been very friendly and courteous!

Dr. Jeffrey Caudill, Is one of the best pain management doctors I have ever met. Having worked in the medical system in New York I am well aware of how a practitioner should perform their duties. Dr. Caudill is attentive, caring, empathic, and will order the necessary test to determine his medical plan. He explains things clearly and should not be afraid of asking questions. He will answer them succinctly. His staff are professional and work diligently, to get the patients processed and inform them of office and billing procedures. I look forward to seeing the doctor and his staff now that I have been vaccinated. Grade 5 stars!

I can't say enough about how great Dr Caudill and his staff are. They make you feel like your family , you're treated with love and respect and you never leave ear appointment without knowing everything you need to know from your visit. I've been going to dr. Caudill for 12 to 14 years now and I couldn't ask for a better pain management physician . My husband has been going to Dr. Caudill for 11 years as well and his sentiments are exactly the same as mine. We love everyone at North Florida Pain Center and really and truly enjoy going to the doctor. David & Laurie Chace

Dr. Caudill will refuse to see you if you don't give your SSN. You SHOULD NOT be giving your SSN to doctor's offices. They DO NOT need it to have your claim be processed, and it goes against the relationship they have with the insurance companies. Every single year it's proven that these doctors don't know how to protect our information with it being leaked and stolen by hackers. The best course of action YOU can take as a consumer is to NOT GIVE it to these people! My advice is to find a doctor who isn't willing to kick patients to the curb who fight for their right to protect their most sensitive information.

The doctor seems ok but his staff is not. This place is horrible - Shelly is the nastiest person we’ve had to deal with in the medical industry and we have had to deal with a lot in the past several years. She is rude, uncaring and extremely rough. Don’t let this woman come near you or your family. My mother needed her oxygen and this woman refused to give it to her. When we told the manager Laura she had the same terrible attitude. My mom came out of her appointment in emotional and physi

Dr. Caudill & Dr Drake are first class in pain management! Both are compassionate, caring & proactive, offering injections&minor procedures which reduce pain, in addition to pain meds as needed. Both respect & love their patients and are holistic with the care they offer. This is NOT one of those clinics that just process monthly
