Dr Comitalo is very knowledgeable, explains everything and takes time to answer questions. Excellent surgeon! His staff is very good as well.

Dr. CComitalo, and his staff are Very Sweet Caring people!! I was diagnosed with breast cancer in june/july of2019 time frame. When first meeting the Dr. And his staff they were/are So Very Compassionate!! If I needed anything they said call!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Jeffrey Comitalo!!????

I had to visit the office for a post surgery check up. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. From step in until departure was less then 20 minutes. If all Doctor offices were this quick, what a wonderful world it would be.

Reception, and nursing staff very friendly and competent. The DR friendly, thorough, competent and caring. Would most definitely recommend office and DR to family and friends.

Dr. Comitalo explained what he would be doing very well. My operation was over in a very short time, and recovery went very well. I expected to be in the hospital for up to a week, but I was home after three days and pretty much back to normal. I was a little more tender where incision was made, but back to normal activities in a few more days.

I have known Dr Comitalo for over 15 years, mostly as one of his Anesthesia providers. As such, I have no worries recommending him what so ever. Now my wife and I see him for his medical abilities.

Had to have my gallbladder removed. Dr.Comitalo took care of it quickly, effeciently and painlessly.

My recent visit to the West Florida General Surgery Center was absolutely wonderful. The staff was courteous, fun (but professional) and efficient. The consultation was on point and I did not feel rushed. Dr. Comitalo was very thorough and helped me feel quite comfortable with my options. He came highly recommended and I certainly understand why. The entire experience was most impressive!

My mother had an appointment for a consult with Dr. Comitalo. The staff were friendly and greeted us as we entered the office. Our wait was mininimal, as we had completed the paperwork the had emailed us, before arriving for our appointment. Once taken to the exam/consultation room, it was only a few minutes before Dr. Comitalo came in and spoke with us. He was patient and very clear in his communication. We left very satisfied with the information we had been given. I myself had been a patient of Dr. Comitalo's about 8 years ago. I was pleased with his communication skills with us, making sure we understood the situation and the options. There were two surgeries by Dr Comitalo and I was pleased with the results and recovery. I feel confident in recommending Dr. Comital as a general surgeon.
