The receptionist, Lisa, was very rude.
My Husband was hurt at work and for days. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for him for Workers compensation. Every time I call she is extremely rude and at first she said oh I need the insurance company. I gave her that information then she needed an adjusters name and she said that I’m giving her the wrong name and information. My Husband has been hurt at work one other time, and we never had to go through this. I’ve never been treated like such a loser

Avoid
First visit he didn't even bother to review the file and meeting was about 5 pointless minutes. Follow up appointment he wasn't even in the building when I arrived at scheduled time and his staff didn't couldn't be bothered to call or text me that he would be substantially late. Avoid this guy.

Highly recommend
Have seen Dr. Dietz multiple times over the past 5+ Years and would recommend to anyone for any hand issues. He’s always been professional, personable, compassionate and explains everything until you understand it. He is very knowledgeable about all things shoulders and hands. My daughter has also seen Dr Jurist in the same office and he was just as good.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!
DR DIETZ is Incredibly Kind & Compassionate. Spends the time to explain everything, you are never rushed. He is always on time. His Staff is also Fantastic, you never stay on hold, smiling faces, kind and patient. They take the time to schedule appointments and tests. My husband and I have been EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THIS WHOLE PRACTICE. I rarely ever write reviews but this one was easy. I worked for Doctors so I’m quite familiar with the way things work and I have to tell you that you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED and you WILL GET THE CARE AND ATTENTION YOU NEED.

The absolute best hand doctor
Dr Dietz is absolutely amazing! I am a patient of over four years, have had two carpal tunnel surgeries and a thumb joint replacement. He takes his time with you, explains absolutely everything, answered every single question thoroughly. He never once pushed any of the surgeries. He gave me every option, explained every brace and left it up to me when I was ready for the surgeries. I have never once felt rushed, and his staff has always gotten me in to see him quickly. I highly recommend Dr Dietz!!

Review Dr Dietz
Dr Dietz and the staff were Very friendly, efficient, and helpful. I was very nervous going to an orthopedic dr I have never broken a bone Before. I noticed excellent Reviews and now I can see why and I am giving 5 star Rating. I got in same day No waiting, and got my splint That day, and following day The removable splint, fantastic Service, I highly recommend This office and would not go any where else Thank you??

Great visit
I got in quickly to have him check out my hand from an injury. He had previously done operations on both my thumbs a few years back. It was the smoothest visit. X-ray and then right in to see Dr. Dietz

Professional and personable
I have had trigger finger release in both hands, elbow release and soon carpel tunnel release. Dr. Dirtz has performed all of them. Top notch service, staff and care. Recommend to anyone!

My appointment was very efficient. Staff were professional yet amiable. Dr. Dietz clearly explained my diagnosis using X-ray imagery. He then went through various treatment options, settling on one (a simple brace) that promises to be very effective.
