He takes over two weeks at times to read my tsh level and respond with a plan. He seems to me like all his patients are just a number to him. Two weeks to read a blood result and message a patient back is silly. He has great attitude though and will work with all my needs. He is thorough at his exams but you can tell he’s rushed and in a hurry. Waiting two weeks to read my result that was back in mychart in two hours is silly. Taking on too many patients if you have to take that long to read a result. I like his nurses and his attitude and his referrals and checks. He’s an ok Doctor if he’s the only one available but if you can find someone else in that office taking patients I would chose someone else. Again for the third time, waiting two weeks for him to read a tsh level that was back in mychart in two hours is crazy. And he does seem very rushed in appointments. I very much feel like a number and like he can’t keep things straight with what to do with my thyroid because overloaded.

He is always invested in everything I have to say. He really listens. Answers all the questions I have.

This is a terrible clinic and he has terrible staff. The office messed up 4 times in less than 2 weeks and instead of a sincere apology they said if we weren't happy we could go somewhere else. The doctor lied to his staff and twice told us he would set up appointments and never did. He failed to prescribe needed medications and I had to tell his staff several times that my husband was not due for testing for several weeks after his surgery. They didn't read his chart and did what they wanted.
