Wonderful Surgeon
25 years ago my son's skull quit growing when he was just over a year old. And he needed to have critical surgery to prevent brain damage. Dr Fearon did such a wonderful job he had to remove the top portion of my son's skull and redo it. My son is now 27 years old and doing wonderful you would never know that he ever had the surgery. Dr Fearon techniques in cranial surgery and the sutures that he used afterwards, no one can tell he's ever had surgery on his goal, unless my son shaved his head. Dr. Fearon saved my son's life. Thank you Dr Fearon

I chose Dr. Fearon at first because of his credentials. After our initial meeting when I was still pregnant I chose him because he was the first person who gave me the confidence that I was going to be able to take care of my daughter after she was born. That it was going to be OK. His demeanor his dedication to his patients and their family and his skills in the operating room are world class. My daughter has the most beautiful face and I don't think we could have chosen a better doctor to walk this road with. She will need more surgeries but I have full confidence that we are in the right hands and have the right guidance with Dr. Fearon.

Choice of words is always key....
I recently called Dr. Fearon after hours in hopes of being sent to voicemail at his office, as requested. The dispatcher sent the call directly to him. I then stated my concerns with my daughters eye sight condition, as Dr. Fearon was the last surgeon to perform the Craniosynistosis procedure on my daughter. His response, "Why are you calling me at 10 o'clock?" Just by that statement alone and the tone it was presented in, I will no longer take my daughter to his offices. Your dispatchers incompetence should not yield your patients guardian this response. It is beyond unprofessional. If my daughter is going blind/eye sight concerns associated with the procedure, this is something that needs to be addresses, and I was only interested in a referral to an Ophthalmology doctor whom he recommended via message to his office. Other than this incident, the process was great. However, due to this... I will not allow my daughter to return.

Dr. Fearon is a very gifted surgeon who performed many surgeries on my son. My son had surgeries before we met Dr. Fearon, but Dr. Fearon has taken care of my son since he was three years old, performing over 22 surgeries. Now he is 23 years old. My son has graduated from High School, and works part-time as a productive member of society. I credit God and his surgeons, and Dr. Fearon. Your child is in blessed hands with this surgeon. My family is grateful for the restored health of our son.

Twenty years ago Dr Fearon corrected my grandaughter's cranial defect. The surgery had been stopped in Houston due to coding during anesthesia. No one in Houston Would tell us why it had happened. Therefore we were afraid to try the surgery again. Dr Fearon took the time and caring effort to make certain that we were comfortable and even did the surgery free when insurance wld not pay. He was our God sent angel. Ashley is a beautiful young lady now and we will never forget Dr Fearon.

Dr. Fearon performed my infant's cleft lip repair surgery. He is knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely cares about his patients. We were in and out in a day with no post-op restrictions. Every member of his team has been nothing but caring and brilliant. I CANNOT recommend him highly enough.

I am a physician and was referred to Dr Fearon by my physician friends due to his excellent reputation. Having a child with a birth defect is a difficult experience for any parent and being medically educated does not make it any easier but he helped us through this period. Dr Fearon spent time with us explaining the procedure, the different possible outcomes, anesthesia concerns, and likely cosmetic result with pictures. He is professional, warm, positive, and truly a wonderful physician.

Dr Fearon in not only a talented surgeon, he has a great bedside manner which is extremely important when dealing with children. He talked mainly to our daughter about what she felt needed to be corrected and then set very reasonable expectations about what he could do for her. There was an issue with the insurance but the staff worked to get it resolved. In the end, we were very satisfied.
