Dr. Ferguson is a genuine caring doctor and if you work together with him he will help you and see that your needs are addressed. Also very attentive to the need for follow up appointments to see how treatment is working and whether can be improved, which he always has input for and also listens to your preferences when considering alternatives. He will do the right thing for you if you listen and ask any questions you have openly.

Not accommodating to patients that have been with him for over 30 years. Doesn't seem like he cares; even in case of needing medication after hours he does not care. He's rude and seems bothered every encounter I've had with him.
