Emily at the front desk is incredibly kind and efficient and put me at ease immediately. Andrew who conducted the tests was very skilled and created a relaxing environment for potentially stressful series of tests. Dr Gelblum is a brilliant diagnostician, after seeing multiple specialists and ER visits he was the one who figured out the issue, and took his time patiently answering all my questions during my visit. And the art work in the office is a terrific collection of contemporary work.

Dr. Gelblum’s knowledge is extensive, and when treating me for my condition, he was caring and concise. He does not sugar coat anything, rather gives a detailed plan of action for how to tackle the issue which was greatly appreciated.The office experience was nothing short of wonderful and his staff go above and beyond for his patients. I would happily send anyone to his office who is dealing with anything neurological.

Had a visit with Dr. Gelblum to discuss my droopy eyes and weakness. After some diagnostic tests performed in the office, he diagnosed Myasthenia Gravis and started me on one of the new injection medications. After 4 weeks, I am totally better. The man is a genius. His bed side manner is warm and compassionate. The office staff was great in working through all the insurance hurdles to get my medication covered. Best experience imaginable.

RUDE. Sends you to do unnecessary exams and does not communicate results. Do you know how it is to be a sick person and the “Doctor” you hope can help you is rude to you, NOT EMPATHETIC, not focused, unwilling to answer questions, and unknowledgeable? That’s who he is. NOT GOOD FOR MS PATIENTS. “FIRST CHOICE NEUROLOGY”… FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME.

I don’t remember as I was in a head injury accident and in a coma, after 30 something years seen in my chart Dr . Geldblum is the 1st to see me on the day of the accident I wanted to thank him. I didn’t remember anything and I’m better today after different therapies and wanted the opportunity to thank the doctor.

Dr. Gelblum prescribed Aduhelm for me. He did not give me a copy of the order. I called his office to get it. They would not allow me to talk to him or anyone who works directly with him. Instead, they took a message. I left messages asking for the order eight days over a two-week period. The operators got to where they recognized my voice; always promised it would be handled, and it never was. The dispenser even faxed the office requesting the order; again, no response. I finally found someone in an affiliated office who was able to access the order and send it to me.

I recently had a brain scan with doctor Gelblum his tech that gave the test was great he explained everything and had no problems. Doctor Gelblum went over the test and was very professional.

Dr. Gelblum has given my mother extraordinary care - he has created a protocol shaped for her particular needs, and takes time to answer all of our questions.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Jeffrey Gelblum in January 2021. I told him my memory was slipping and he listened. He arranged for me to have tests run in his office and also to get an MRI. Dr. Gelblum said there was nothing serious, but did put me on a low dosage of meds that would help my memory. I am very grateful for this doctor. I am doing so much better, because he listened and took interest in me. Thank you, Dr. Gelblum I also enjoy seeing his sweet dog, Scooter, when I go to the office or have a televisit. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Gelblum

Dr. Jeffrey Gelblum is a first class physician; and runs his office in the same first class manner as is his knowledge, care and concern for his patients, and his warm gentlemanly manner. If you want excellence and the best care, Dr. Gelblum provides that; especially with the nature of his fields of expertise. My reasoning is unsolicited as I was fraught with concern and fear prior to my visit as I would imagine most patients are due to the nature of his practice - Neurology. As soon as he and I spoke, I knew immidiately that he would provide me the best care, and he immediately established a plan of care and calmed any concerns I had.

I have seen Dr Gelblum 3 times for a mild TBI caused by catastrophic car accident. At the first telehealth appointment I was in LA and his office could not have been more accommodating and helpful with the time difference and emailing the initial paperwork. Rodney excellently facilitated the whole process. The third visit was in person mainly because I wanted to meet this friendly, knowledgeable, highly educated Dr. I was not disappointed! He was just wonderful in person~listened patiently, gave thoughtful and informed opinions and even showed me his phenomenal, state of the art computer system which holds every and all patient data! He was sympathetic to a major issue that I had with my PCP and even fixed the problem. I’ve seen myriad doctors in my 59 years and Dr Jeffrey Gelblum is perhaps the kindest, most understanding and clearly spoken physician of them all! Bravo Doctor!

He found a cure for my problem where every other Dr. suggested surgery. Dr.Gelblum thinks outside the box.
