They are terrible.
Do not go there. Only family members work there and they do not care. They have terrible people skills and are very unfriendly. They don't care because its all in the family. The treat patient family members like dirt. Very unprofessional!

Excellent diagnostician, wonderful doctor
My wife and I have been completely satisfied patients for over 30 years and cannot understand why anyone would not honestly give Dr. Greiff a 5 star rating. He is an extremely thorough, competent, caring, compassionate doctor and one of the best diagnosticians we have ever seen.

great doctor and staff!
Very nice doctor and staff. seems very knowledgable. he has a sense of humor which i really enjoyed but he's also very professional and caring. everyone on his staff is exceptional and i will advise anyone that needs a new physician to give them a try!

Best and most amazing Doctor
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Greiff for as long as I can remember. He is the kindest, gentlest, most caring doctor I know. He is thorough and follows up on any issue. He also is GREAT listener. He doesn't rush your visit, and he makes sure you leave with all your questions answered. His office staff is wonderful, and there is no one like Etta to draw blood or give an injection. PAINLESS! Dr. Greiff should win awards for his service to his patients. Thank you Dr. Greiff!

BEST DOCTOR EVER.
My family has been going to Dr. Greiff for over a decade. He's a great doctor and also kind and caring. You can see him in his office or via a digital housecall (TeleHealth), if your condition is conducive to it. He has treated our family through all ages, pediatric for my son at first, geriatric for my husband, middle-aged for me. Very warm, very good doctor.

Although Dr. Greiff is an excellent clinician His office is out dated and his staff are unwilling to go that extra Mile to be kind and courteous. The staff lacks professionalism and attention to detail. Upon arrival today I was informed that I had to go elsewhere to have my labs because they didn't realize until I arrived that they are not equipped-this appointment was made last week with the Office Manager (Mrs. Greiff)- wow just wow-

Dr. Greiff's office is extremely unprofessional and unethical. They fail to follow proper procedures regarding prescriptions and I have had to go without medications because, despite numerous phone calls, I don't receive a return call or the prescription never gets sent in. When they do finally send in the prescription, they often make errors like calling in only 1/3 needed to be called in or failing to include refills. Additionally, the office staff and nurse have horrible attitudes. Avoid!!

I have terrible White Coat anxiety and Dr. Grief and his staff are wonderful. Love him and his nurse Ida. Our family and many of our friends have been patiences of Dr. Greiff's for over 15 years. If you are looking for personal attention and through care in a calm environment this is a great choice. I think Doctors and office such as this are a look back in time when you're family doctor really knew your family and cared.
