Missed critical medical info
Would not recommend seeing this doc for OB. Doctor missed critical labs that were taken and never reviewed my levels with me. Asked simple questions about delivery and he got offended and dismissed my concerns. Felt like I was just a paycheck to him. Typical military doc that wants you in and out.

Dr. Hamre is absolutely fantastic at his job. He is black and white, there is no hand holding and tip toeing around. He tells you exactly what is going on and is honest. He works extremely well under pressure considering my crash emergency c-section with a prolapsed cord. I will never use another OB in my life. He saved my sons life.

Dr. Hamre wasn’t my typical OBGYN but was on call when I went into labor early. He performed my c-section and was absolutely amazing. Very confident and competent with great bedside manner. I would absolutely recommend him to any of my friends and family. This c-section was my easiet yet and my incision has healed perfect.

If you are looking for a doctor who cares about his patients, he is not the doctor you are looking for. He comes off as very rude and as if his patients are just a number. I waited over an hour for my first appointment, only to get back in the room to be rushed out. He was very dismissive to my concerns and pushed me out of the door. I tried to give him a second chance and that experience was even worse! I have never met a doctor as rude as him. I would rather drive an hour to Nashville!

I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Jeffrey Hamre that should have only taken no more than 5 minutes, just some test results that technically could have been given over the phone. Nevertheless, my appointment was at 1:40, I arrived at the office at 1:00. At 1:38 I was called back to see the provider. At 2:30 Dr. Hamre came in talked to 3 minutes and walked out. No one should have to wait almost an hour for 3 minutes of care. This was very unprofessional, and I will never see his again.

Dr Hamre was not my primary doctor but he was on call when I had a small scare towards the end of my pregnancy. He was extremely rude, condescending, and barely spent any time with me except to bark orders to induce. I have no doubt I would have had an unnecessary c-section if I would have continued under his care. Instead, I delivered naturally 10 days later with no complications, no thanks to him. The other doctors in his practice have much better bedside manners.
