I wish I was able to provide a review for Dr. Jeffrey Herman but unfortunately I didn't even get a chance to see the doctor because the ladies sitting in the front desk were so rude and inconsiderate that they didn't even let us see the doctor for my kids. It seems that they don't want to do any work and hence try to discourage any new patients. The appointment I was given was for 12:30 pm and when I arrived promptly I was told that I should have come at 12:15 pm because I had to fill paperwork. Well then you should have told me earlier!!! They insisted that I reschedule the appointment for some other day. Really???? For being on time???? I am not sure what kind of doctor is Dr. Herman but I can definitely say that his decision in keeping such rude ladies on the front desk is ruining his reputation/business. Hope you have a better luck in getting past the front desk.

Staff can be rude and disrespectful, particularly the male nurse. Avoid this location on the weekends! They are under-staffed, and wait times will be long.
