Dr. Howland is the best Primary Care Physician I have seen. He is thorough, caring and professional in all aspects of patient care. He explains your individual situation in detail, and makes recommendations and referrals without hesitation. Highly recommend.

This guy is an idiot. I would NEVER use him. He held up my pre-op approval because he insisted I needed an Echo Cardiogram. My surgery was scheduled for 8/12/2024, the earlies I could receive this procedure was 8/7. Once he had the results 8/9, which my surgeon did not require, he called me and asked me if I were a "smoker". Yes, for maybe 1 1/2 years when I was 17-18 years old. I am now 63....really?? You didn't read my history. I would NEVER want to deal with him again., The only reason he was called in was because Noelle Messina had no idea of what she was doing. Worst experience ever. They were both lovely, but totally inept.

Excellent physician
Dr. Howland, is an excellent physician who takes the time necessary to listen carefully to your concerns and he goes to great lengths to provide medical advice and assistance. He is thorough and knows your medical history. He explains things clearly. I would highly recommend him to others.

Dr Howland was internist to my husband and I while in Naples Florida. He had a kind and energetic bedside manner. He was engaged during exams and appointments. Dr Howland followed up on all. We really thought he was a great doctor!
