There are not enough handicapped spots in the parking lot for this provider. They are always all taken, making it hard for people like me who can't easily walk very far. If there is valet parking available it is not apparent - some signage would be helpful. For a practice that specializes in bone and joint surgery there should be better parking options.

Once I was in the room at this office, the time to be initially examined, get xrays, and have the Dr examine and diagnose me was super fast. I was in and out in way under 1 hour for the full appointment (no casting needed). Thank you for great service! Also thanks for finally getting me a diagnosis... finding the small break which has been bothering me for several weeks.

The treatment, service, professionalism of all staff was excellent. The facility is beautiful and modern. My X-rays were the clearest and most detailed I have ever seen. However, as part of my follow up treatment the physical therapist provided me with instructions for exercises. They had a copyright date of 1999 and another date stamp from 2011. They looked like copies of copies of copies. The information on the exercises was clear and accurate, but the presentation of the material was not at all in keeping with the rest of my experience. Really, it is a small thing but from a perception standpoint it was completely out of character with the rest of the image that you present.
