Trusted medical care
Dr Kagan has been my primary care physician for many years and long before HHC absorbed his practice. I recommend him to others and always appreciate his excellent care and advice. Wait times always vary but the most recent visit wait time was about 15 minutes.

Off to a Great Start
I had my first visit with Dr. Kaagan recently. While it took a long time to get the appointment, it was well worth the wait. I found Dr. Kagan to be very knowledgeable. I feel he took the time needed to review my medical conditions and started a new treatment plan for me.I appreciate that Dr. Kagan uses the My Chart system. Following my visit, I had some follow-up questions I forgot to ask during my visit. I put those questions on My Chart. I got a very timely response from Dr. Kagan. I look forward to a long relationship with Dr. Kagan and recommend him.

Finally got a great doctor at Hartford Healthcare!
Visit was great. Very knowledgeable friendly staff. Dr. Kagan was a great help to me taking his time reviewing My Chart at Hartford Healthcare. Dr. K reviewed my problems and meds. Dr. K provided me with many great recommendations and made some changes to my meds and ordered some new meds and tests. He is now my new Primary Care Doctor.

Dr. Kagan listens to his patients and provides the best care. He is very easy to talk too and he explains everything so you understand. He is a great doctor. I’ve been seeing him for over 20 years. I highly recommend Dr. Kagan.

I was a first time patient who was made to wait an hour as numerous patients were seen who came after me. I was so disgusted that I never saw anyone and will never go back. This was an absolutely terrible experience I would not wish on anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kagan for over 20 years. He is very insightful about me medical condition. I would recommend him to any one who is looking for a doctor. The staff is very friendly, efficient and makes me feel welcome for waiting to see the Doctor. The wait time is usually close to the time of my appointment.

Some patients might like him, I do not. He is abrupt, pays no attention to what you tell him, does not review test results with you, 3 times in a row cancelled my long standing appointment with VERY short notice.
