Kind and caring and thorough
Dr. Keen replaced my left knee in December and I am basically pain free now, which is something I haven’t been able to say for more than 2 decades. He explained everything thoroughly and was very responsive if I had aftercare questions. I’ve recommended him to anyone and everyone I know, and I can’t wait for him to replace my other knee in a few months! His office staff is also VERY helpful (especially with FMLA paperwork and things like that) and so nice - they helped make this process enjoyable!

Replaced my knee and have full range of motion.
Always willing to answer your questions and take the time with you. Staff is very efficient and nice. Great follow up after surgery. PT was rough at first, but you need to do it if you want good results

Very impressed with Dr, keen
Dr. Keen is highly regarded among the people I know , who have been taken care by Dr. Keen. From the very first time I have seen him regarding my knee discomfort, in 2017, he showed high standards of profesionalism and kindness for a patient.

Dr. Keene is simply the BEST.
Dr. Keene was my surgeon for left hip replacement. Surgery was in February. He is an EXCELLENT surgeon. I had full replacement on my Left Knee in 2009. He will be my surgeon for my right knee next. He’s outstanding as a surgeon and his team is GREAT. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Keene and his team. I’ve had several surgeries (8) and my experience with Dr. Keene has been awesome.

From the first appointment Treated extremely well. Dr Keen listened to the problems with my knees. Checked my med list and he came up with a treatment plan. He felt I would make the correct decision once he raveled the plan and alternative plans. At first injections in my knee. After a year I was ready for surgery. Very excellent team. Well cared for. I like how he has followed up for a couple of years after my surgery. So confident a physician I followed up with having Dr Keen do the right knee. He is an excellent physician. I am very pleased with his manner, service and excellent service. Recommend him very highly. He is a 10, as is his staff. Jason does beautiful work as well as Jennifer. I'm so fortunate to have worked with Dr Keen.

Dr.Keen is wonderful but his PA Jason not so much. He always uses his own problems he has experienced when you mention yours. I’m not there to hear his problems.

I was referred to Dr Keen because of problems that I was having with my knees. Dr Keen appeared to listen intently to my description of the problem, and then referred me for x-rays which were conducted promptly. Dr Keen explained in detail the results of the x-rays, and recommended a procedure to address the issues. He treated my right knee with cortisone and recommended a follow up in 2 months, suggesting that if the cortisone didn't address the problem, I should consider partial knee replac

Dr. Keen did Maco robotic surgery on my left knee which was bone-on-bone. He did an outstanding job, I had very little pain, I had no infection, and I healed up within six weeks. I am so pleased with his performance that I plan to have my right knee replaced within five months. He's a very caring and compassionate doctor and very easy to talk to. His nurse practitioner Jason is also outstanding. I believe that Dr. KEEN and his surgical group is probably the best in northern Florida.

When I saw Dr. Keen for knee pain in Sep 2018, he diagnosed it as arthritis based on x-rays alone. He administered a shot into the joint which had no affect. By Nov. the pain was constant and extreme. I called his office on the Mon. after Thanksgiving and was told that the earliest available appt. was Jan. 17 - seven weeks away! With the help of my PCP, I was referred to a better Orthopedic surgeon who saw me in 3 days and immediately ordered an MRI. The pain was from dual meniscus tears - not
