Dr. Jeffrey Kennedy, MD

In March, he assured me that I would receive a call during the summer to arrange tests. However, as of October 7, I have not been contacted by anyone. During this time, my seizures have escalated in severity, causing me to engage in risky behaviors such as running, jumping, and falling. I have sustained multiple injuries from the seizures including a broken collarbone and a torn rotator cuff. I have not received any medical attention from a neurologist throughout these months. It takes several weeks to hear back from his office and I still haven’t secured an appointment. He said he sent a prescription but the pharmacy didn’t receive it. The pharmacy and I sought to contact him but it took weeks. His negligence and dishonesty has led to severe consequences.

Dr. Kennedy either has too many patients, or is incompetent, or he point blank doesn’t care. My 2 epileptic daughters are/were his patients. My one daughter called him a few times saying she needed meds and he (his staff) never called to renew it. My other daughter has had a few seizures, I called and spoke with his nurse explaining she needed a MED adjustments ASAP and NO PHONE CALLS BACK. I’d take someone less competent as long as that doctor cares enough to call. And also, he doesn’t give us an apt for 9 months sometimes. WE’RE DONE WITH HIM.
