Great medical care, no nonsense doc. He is honest and explains things well. He treats my family as if we were his own. He is an excellent doc.

Takes time to answer any questions,very helpful and does not rush u out of office also is good-looking

I left my old office after years and I am so happy I found Dr. Nakhjavan. He is so caring, and compassionate and he REALLY explains things. I have 100 percent confidence in him and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Nakhjavan saw me every day in the hospital and spoke to my daughter on the phone every day to update her on my condition. He is very thorough and he makes me feel comfortable. I Have full trust in him and his decisions and I know he will not send me to any doctors that he wouldn't go to himself.

I've been a patient for almost 10 years and I highly recommend Dr. N and his PAs. The staff does a great job and the doctors know what they are doing and manage my diabetes so it is finally in control.

Dr. Nakhjavan and the PA's Karlyn and Danielle are amazing. However, the office staff is horrible. When making an appointment some of the ladies up front are nasty over the phone and the ladies who handle to pre-authorizations/prescriptions for medications are terrible. No one ever gets back to you when you leave messages and when you're finally able to reach someone they don't have any answers and the problems are thrown back on to the patient.

Hard to get an appointment with the Dr so you end up having to see the PAs. The PAs are good but not as good as seeing a doctor.

I have been looking for a new Primary Care, and the Doctor and his PAs came highly recommended to me. After my first experiences there, now I understand why and I agree. The office is clean and nice, the staff is professional and friendly, and I think most importantly, the Doctor and PAs are very thorough, and compassionate. They have gone above and beyond for me.

Everything you want in a real primary care doc and then some. Great guy, great staff, they are the best. My favorite thing about them is they don't have any affiliation with any specific hospital or chain groups, he will send you to the best, regardless of who they are affiliated with.

I wasn’t even able to schedule an appointment bc I wasn’t in the office since 2018 & they consider me a new patient now and aren’t excepting new patients … I guess half of their practice are now new patients since the pandemic shut the world down for the last 18 months…. I guess my entire family needs a new office ….

Dr. is a dummy sent me a letter and tell me he was discharging me as a patient why because pa. Canceled my appointment two times I didn’t cancel it she did she’s sick I feel bad for her but I did nothing to you have balls and call people on the phone instead of sending them letters I’ve met you never wanted to end before you sent your stupid letter I already went back to my old doctor because nothing is there know what you’re doing so you have a good day. Also they don’t even clean or spray the rooms after each patient they don’t take anybody’s temperature yeah they’re worried about Covid OKWould never recommend this place left me five days with no medication

This guy must be an owner or his family owns the lab he sends all of the bloodwork. They are the MOST expensive around as per my insurance company. All about the money with this guy. Been to his office 6 times and he was never there. Sent me a letter telling me to never come back because i didnt want to get follow up blood work during covid. Shame on you doctor. The PA’s are nice and should get a new job immediately. My entire family is leaving this practice so similar issues.

I have been a patient of Dr Nakhjavan for about 7 years now. At one time was very sick and thank God that Dr Nakhjavan was my doctor. He also is affiliated with only the best specialists. If he can’t treat your condition he will send you to the best around. He knows his patients well and will never rush you even if you have a Million questions

We have experienced nothing but headaches dealing with this office. Dr. Nakhjavan may be knowledgeable and competent but his staff members and office policies are downright terrible.* It is clear that they value money over patients. Everything requires a separate appointment so that they can bill the insurance company/collect a co-pay. Of course, due to inefficiency, said appointments take no less than an hour in the crowded waiting room. Last time my daughter had an appointment, we ended up leaving after an hour of waiting because we had a different appointment to keep. The receptionist kept saying how it was “mandatory” for her to see the doctor. This is America, isn’t it still? Absent a few exceptions, patients have a right to refuse medical treatment so surely there is no mandate requiring patients to make/keep a doctor’s appointment. It’s like the staff try to strong-arm patients to be seen even when it isn’t necessary. This appointment that was so urgent and “mandatory” w
