I was in a motorcycle accident last July with multiple trauma injuries. Dr. Nechleba has been excellent in delivering my care as I have required multiple surgeries. I have been impressed with his entire staff and feel they take the time to listen and truly care about my quality of life. I was airlifted to Hamot so did not choose Dr. Nechleba, but I am extremely grateful I was placed under he and his teams care.

Dr. Nechleba used his skilled hands when I shattered my pelvis. His perfect Alignment of my hips had my Chiropractor amazed! That was not 8 years ago, and I am still 100% pain free and, really if I didn't tell you, you'd never know I had such a severe injury.

Rude and arrogant, absolutely zero bedside manner. Would not recommend.

I would highly recommend Dr. Nechleba. He is knowledgeable, very caring and is great at explaining things. He shows you your x-rays and explains what you are seeing. His one drawback is longer wait times. But in his defense, when it is your turn, he takes whatever time is needed and does not rush you through! He makes sure you understand his recommendations, testing, and options you have. I personally am okay with waiting longer because I know I will have his attention when it is my turn.

Recommended for emergency surgery for a serious pelvic fracture on my wife - bone broken in 3 places. Dr. Nechlaba took the time to really get it right, and a three hour surgery turned into five hours. I'm writing this 3 months after the surgery, and my wife has had a remarkable, pain free recovery.

I have already recommended him to several of my family members and friends. I suffered a traumatic injury to my leg and arm and his skill, attention to my injury, and compassion really impressed me and has helped me along in a lengthy recovery.

Dr Nechleba was recommended to me by another surgeon for a condition that he was not skilled in. I have been completely impressed by his knowledge, skills and ability to relay all information regarding my condition. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend him to anyone.

2 hour wait for a 5 minute exam....doesn't listen to the patient ... plastic on the exam cover all cracked and batting exposed no way they can wipe that down for bacteria........never going back....... only thing nice is the view of the bay while you wait for 2 hours but then you get hit with the parking ticket price
