Emailed Dr. Okamoto about my child being physical with family members and a psychologist stating we could qualify for ABA assistance in home. I waited almost 2 weeks for a callback. Dr. Okamoto called once after hours and asked me to call him back at the office. I did and went to voicemail as it was after hours. Asked for office manager to call me. She called after speaking to Dr. Okamoto. Do I feel like he truly cares for my daughter needs? He takes the opinions of DOE teachers, counselors and DOE psych more then the opinion of the parent. This is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and it hurts knowing my concerns fall on dead ears.
